I’ve restarted my phone many times and it hasn't helped a bit. **Developer response:** Hi. We had a temporary issue that caused this and it has since been fully fixed. Please try updating the app :) ### 1/5 — Would be cool if I could access my friends squad *2023-10-17* My friend texted me a squad link. I clicked the link, it took me to safari and displayed an open button. When I pressed open it takes me to the App Store as if the app is not downloaded(but it is). When I click open from the App Store it doesn’t redirect to the text link. I have no way to pull up my friends squads by phone or email address from within the app so I just can’t access it at all. I tried twice to email the support email but both times received an error that the email was invalid. Not sure where else to go to get help. **Developer response:** Hi! Thanks again :) ### 1/5 — Don't Bother *2023-08-08* Don't waste your time. The app is such a good idea but it's not done well here. Crashes as you try to sign up. Join and realize it's not that versatile. Deleting now. **Developer response:** Sorry the app crashed for you when you signed up. I had a family emergency and he treated me like I wasn’t a real human. ### 1/5 — Frustrating bugs *2023-08-02* I really wanted to like this app. It’s concept is great. However, there are so many bugs I couldn’t even successfully join a squad. The app would freeze after editing any field. I gave up after 5 attempts and deleted the app. Hope they figure it out. However, I can’t use ANY of the functions of the app without it crashing on me. In particular, trying to create my “Commitment Contract” for my own group makes the app freeze for minutes without an end of it in sight. One star for sure **Developer response:** Hi! However, as I was joining a squad, the app took my free starting credits without adding me to the group. I’d be happy to buy more credits, but I’m afraid they’d be deleted similarly… I will return when some more bugs are fixed **Developer response:** HI! Sorry about the credits issue. Something popped up asking me to “Reflect on my Progress” in like this semi-transparent overlay pop-up and it wouldn’t go away no matter what I did. There is not a “Submit” button on their reflection pop up or anyway to scroll to get rid of it. ### 3/5 — So Many Bugs *2025-02-19* Downloaded this a year ago and really liked it! Helped me stay accountable and the credits are a good motivator to check in. However, I returned to this app to find so many bugs. It's so hard navigating the app and when I want to welcome/nudge or give kudos in the feed, it'll start crashing. Really hope the bugs could be fixed!! ### 3/5 — Not bad but also not great *2024-06-11* I like that you can create your commitments and hold yourself and your squad accountable to meeting your goals. It has a daily check in feature and I like the little emojis and adjectives that pop up in the bottom of the check in box. However this app could do wonders with some development support. The icons and features are not intuitive. It’s not easy to navigate from one section to another. I’ve used this for a month and I’m still not sure which icon to click to get what I want.
