SETUP

To pair your Apple Watch to Squad HR running on iPhone:

1. Launch Squad HR on iPhone
2. Add/Edit your profile on iPhone
3. Select Add heart rate sensor on iPhone
4. Launch Squad on Apple Watch
5. Swipe left to setup your profile on Apple Watch
6. Swipe left again on Apple Watch, hold near iPhone, and long-press Pair button

To track your Apple Watch with Squad HR running on iPhone:

1. Launch Squad HR on iPhone
2. Start new activity on iPhone
3. Launch Squad on Apple Watch
4. Tap Start workout on Apple Watch
5. Tap screen to toggle heart rate units on Apple Watch
6. Swipe right to pause/stop workout on Apple Watch
