It’s difficult to navigate, and even simple tasks feel unnecessarily complicated. The layout doesn’t make it easy to find what you’re looking for, which makes the overall experience frustrating. What’s most disappointing is that for 3 years I’ve been trying to edit my child’s photo, and as a user, there’s no way to do it. I even found troubleshooting information online that says to contact the club admin—but apparently the admin can’t edit it either. Being able to update or change a photo seems like a very basic feature, and it’s frustrating that the app doesn’t support something so simple. Our club has over 100 teams listed, all with random naming conventions. Then I struggle with what my son (now 16) can do for himself and what I need to do as he isn’t allowed to register himself. And how do I know when I can register my son? Currently it says: Sorry there are no open competitions you are eligible to enter in to. **Developer response:** Hi there! GameDay was far superior. App is wrong all the time, score errors and incorrect tallies. We’ve lost all the history of games played and goals scored over more than a decade. There is a ‘add a parent’ link below the selection, click to add details, but the app still requires you to select a parent from the empty list. You need to do some tests before releasing an app. ### 1/5 — Unable to login and and broken app *2026-05-03, version 1.7.0* One of the worst app for parents and coaches to manage a team. I was assigned a role by our team and provided with username and password. When you try to login with the provided credentials. It advises to use Parent email. When you try to login with parent email it advises invalid email a password. So username has my email address but I cannot login using my email. Spend 3 hours on it. Zero support available the club is also clueless. Pathetic, confusing and zero user friendliness. Hope the message gets across to the club and to the app developer. The developers almost always respond to feedback from the community! The app has many advanced features but also the essential features for a sports app! So far, I haven’t had any trouble using the app. One issue I have is that the app is not updating for me. I’ve updated other apps and they seem to work but I just can’t seem to update this app! It is very easy to use and has all the results in my division! You should add up live scores so kids at home can still keep track of their own game if they feel sick or are injured or for parents who can’t make it, but I do understand that it will be hard to do that since there is no one to keep track.
