### 1/5 — Only allowed one game

I spent ages entering info and recording a game’s stats only to realize it only allows one game to be recorded and didn’t save info. Frustrating to say the least.

**Developer response:** Ahh, yikes – that’s frustrating. We’re sorry you experienced that and totally get how disappointing it must’ve been.

Just to clarify: the app allows one game in progress at a time, but there’s no limit on how many games you can record overall. Once you tap “End Game,” you’re all set to start tracking the next one.

It’s not clear whether the issue was with game stats or roster info not saving, but either way, that’s not how it’s supposed to work. Can you shoot us an email? We’d really appreciate the chance to take a closer look – just reach out to Dave at support@squadprofile.com.

### 1/5 — Won’t record stats

This ought to be the easiest interface app in the world. But I’ve gone through the entire setup process, started a test game, and tried to add a stat. Nothing. It never records. 

I’ll give it one more try before I delete and download another app.

I was thinking of building an app for stats myself and I might still bc this has a few bugs.  But it is so close to being good. Currently the running clock with location marker multiplies a stat every second and  you can’t record the stat bc the page keeps adding a new location spot every second.

The issue you mentioned with the running clock adding multiple location markers was fixed in version 2.7.0 (released November 20). Updating to the latest version should resolve it.

This app has made tracking stats so much easier. Clean interface, easy to use, and no more messy spreadsheets or trying to read handwriting. Huge upgrade from how we used to do it. Support has been great too whenever I had questions. Highly recommend for any lacrosse coach or stat keeper.
