That being said, there are papercuts all the time. The two biggest issues I have: - Configurable default comparison. The only meaningful default in my mind is 52 weeks prior and I’d love to set that as the default. - Better integration of hierarchical categories on daily sales reports. I’d love to see just my top level categories first, then drive into the details after a tap. When you edit your iPhone theme to the new clear glass the widget is perfect except for when it shows the positive percentage. It’s just a solid white block and you can’t see the percent number ### 5/5 — Crashing on bigger iPhones *2025-10-17* New version is not even opening. It was so well designed before: intuitive and streamlined. Now it’s clunky, counter intuitive, and literally does less. Why? They will never update anything for you like other pos companies do it. Even the menus you have to do it. Updates or changes. If you call helpline they are just useless. Do even know what to do. ### 1/5 — WIDGET DOESN’T WORK WITH GLASS MODE *2026-04-05, version 7.1* Anytime I change to glass mode on my theme the only widget that doesn’t work is this one. Not customer payments my money. Every support channel loops you through scripts, disconnects, and “security reasons” with no actual reason given. Deactivation with no warning, no evidence, and no path to resolution. You’re left stuck while they sit on your funds for months. If you rely on your business to survive, avoid this platform at all costs. The system isn’t broken this is the system. ### 1/5 — I want to quickly track sales to the previous year, dashboard certainly doesn’t do this! *2025-11-01* I want to compare this Saturday to 52 weeks ago not last Saturday or how about yesterday to the 52 weeks prior Friday. This month to last years month to date not last month or last month to last years October. Ideally I could put in a default comparison range. At least though when I hit the arrow to go to yesterday or last month etc I’d like for it to keep my selected 52 weeks prior or last years month. We understand why having a clearer, faster way to check processed refunds would give you more peace of mind. Square already lets sellers view transactions and refund related details from the app and Square Dashboard, and reporting includes refund count and refund amount metrics. That said, we agree that a dedicated, clickable way to jump straight to processed refunds from reports would make this easier and more reassuring. Net sales on the app seems to be different to the desktop version. Potentially including service charge which is incredibly misleading when looking for snapshots of information and comparing data **Developer response:** We would love to look at the exact numbers you're seeing to help you reconcile what may be going on. It’s an invaluable tool for me to be able to look at my day. Compare my day to the same day last year. Compare my month to the same month last year and take the pulse of my business at any given moment. The granular detail provided on my phone even when I’m away from the store.
