No logical thought was used at all in development of their systems and process. I just wanted to play final fantasy. Why I can just turn the game on and play I’ll never know. I have no problem signing up for a game or even paying additional charges but when you can’t log in on your PlayStation or smart device we have problems. Really bad, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Сначала они предлагают создать аккаунт игры, но чтобы его создать нужно создать аккаунт square enix, далее снова попытаться создать аккаунт игры, причем именно попытаться, так как сайт начинает ругаться то на имя, то на пароль (хотя все данные введены корректно), потом периодически не подружается капча. Я молчу уже о том, что письма на почту с кодами для подтверждения регистрации приходят с опозданием. Думаете это всё? Нет это только начало, далее в самом лаунчере вам не дадут скачать игру пока вы не зайдете в аккаунт, но тут скваеры подкидывают еще испытаний, так как помимо логина и пароля от аккаунта для входа вам потребуется еще и одноразовый пароль, который будет вам высылаться на (внимание!) электронный брелок, который вам любезно предлагают купить за 12.99$! Но если вам такое решение не нравится, то можете скачать это убогое приложение, которое снова помимо логина и пароля потребует от вас еще один код(!), который *** пойми откуда брать, т.к. на странице с одноразовым паролем невозможно авторизоваться, сайт тупо пишет что авторизация прошла и тут же радостно предлагает авторизоваться еще раз. The one time password garbage, and the security token garbage is something you have to personally enable. I can't even log into the Desktop site as it requires a 1 time password from here- and this requires one from there! So I'm just stuck! I had to contact SQEX Support to get them to remove the One Time Token from my account entirely. You can make your own choice. I learned the hard way not to lose that thing but SE support was able to help me out and remove the 2FA for me when I messed up some technical stuff the one time. Human error is the most common cause for things to go wrong with any 2FA app. Aside from that, I’ve never had problems with this app not functioning as it should. ### 5/5 — Agree button is in the top left! *2022-04-26* Everyone complaining about not finding a mysterious “agree” button that is in the top left. This app works perfectly fine. From someone that has had a game account hacked and $100s worth of games stolen. It took me 2 minutes maximum to install this and best of all it works! There is an additional benefit besides security that they don’t mention: you get a free Atheryte destination. It is like having two home destinations and save you a lot of money on travel. I am sorry that many people don’t know how to install a simple program on a smart phone or tablet. If you save all of your information separately, say in an email to yourself, then even when your phone is broken you have a way to bypass one time login. Honestly people need to develop better life habits. This app works flawlessly for what it’s intended to do and no changes are needed. In the rare event you don’t have access to some of the keys, customer service is available during business hours to help remove it. They have lives to, and this game does not require 24/7 support.
