It’s easy to get used to, and it keeps me in contact with my customers. I asked them how it’s going for them, and they tell me that it’s pretty easy to use. Across the board they like it! It also offers website, other friendly options, and other services that are beneficial to business. i’m still learning all the ins and outs of the app, but it’s user-friendly. The fees are expected but reasonable, making it worth the investment to get the help I need in my one woman team…. I’d give it a try and see if you like it! The options and benefits of Square, great? The hoops and inconveniences you have to jump through for a ‘free’ service? Not great. After days of submitting supporting documentation, bank statements, my customers contact information, material from my business and explanations, I was approved by Square’s internal review. Thank goodness after the time I invested to successfully prove them that I wasn’t some third world country fraud scheme…only to try to use the software once more and receive notification my account was being closed. Just save your time and effort and go elsewhere. Criminals ### 1/5 — Absolutely horrible support *2026-08-01, version 7.17* Had to move to a different invoice program after square repeatedly lied and refused to take accountability and then tried to default the account after we refunded the customer, they then went past the maximum 7 days to process said refund, it was not until I showed literal evidence within the app that they admitted fault and still took no accountability. had we not had a good relationship with this customer, we could have had our business reputation tarnished. From sending out estimates to collecting payments, Square does it all. We have been blessed enough to qualify for 2 or 3 business loans through square that we pay back with a percent of our daily sales.
