*2025-09-16*

I love this app. I needed a way to get exercises in while I work so this was absolutely perfect.

The app reminds you to stand up and do squats. I can recommend.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Night shift

*2026-07-05*

Wouldn’t let me set my work shift from 7pm to 7am. Not for night shift workers I guess

### 2/5 — Not Reliable

*2026-06-26, version 0.4.0*

Worked well on the first day I downloaded the app. I get notifications every 45 minutes as requested. Second day not a single notification! Very disappointed as I’ve checked all the settings and notifications are on.

### 4/5 — The free option is fine

*2026-07-22*

The app works great, even the free option. I can’t tell what the point of a paid version is tho. What more does it offer? Also like others have said, being able to SEE friends progress would be great.

### 4/5 — Great reminder

*2025-09-18*

This app is a good reminder to get up and move every once in a while. I do wish it had more customization on days/times to do the squats.

**Developer response:** Hi, now you have more customization options. Can you try it?

### 5/5 — Good

*2026-08-25*

I love it

### 5/5 — Squats Buddy

*2026-08-22*

This is a great app to remind you to stand up from your desk and do some squats exercises

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-07-07*

Great app to remind me to stand up every 45 mins and do squats

### 5/5 — Love the app but I want to see my friends!

*2026-07-06*

This does exactly what it says it will do but it also pushes really hard for you to invite friends to be acceptability partners but it’s just a link to download the app. I’d love to be able to see their progress and for them to see mine instead of just texting them that I completed some squats.

### 5/5 — i invited my friends….now what?

*2026-05-21*

love this app been using it for a bit now. i would love to see my friends progress/stats and encourage each other on the app! Can you make a social feature? I would be down to pay a fee for the extras!

### 5/5 — Noticeable Changes

*2025-10-10*

This app does exactly what it says. Stand up do your squats and get back to work. I have been doing this for 3 weeks and I already notice a change in my balance and in my hips.

## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great motivation

*2025-10-08, version 0.2.0*

Really pleased I stumbled across this brilliant app. Good at providing motivation to do something so basic that will have positive impacts for health and body. The developer has been very responsive and taken on feedback too so really nice to see it as things get even better!

### 5/5 — Nice reminder app

*2025-10-07*

I like the app and the settings are flexible to work with. A nice addition would be if you could confirm your squat session on the Apple Watch. I get the reminder on the watch but have to open the app to mark it completed. Still great app and thanks for making it free.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2025-09-25*

This is a really good app! It’s easy to use, works smoothly, and does exactly what it promises. The layout is simple and clean, and everything loads quickly without glitches.

### 5/5 — Just what I needed

*2025-09-25, version 0.0.6*

This is such a great app and idea. For someone who works a 9-5 desk job, it’s perfect for making me stand up more! I hope this app continues to get the support it deserves.
