## What is Squat Cat?

Squat Cat makes a few squats feel like hanging out with a friend.

A soft plush cat stands next to you, squats at your pace, and counts each rep out loud in Japanese — ichi, ni, san! It cheers you on, tells you when you're halfway, and celebrates when you finish.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Tap “I ate!” after a meal (or any time you want a short break)
2. Pick how long to wait — you'll get a heads-up notification before it's time
3. Press Start and squat along with the cat

THREE MOVES
• Squats — always free
• Wall sit — lean on a wall and hold; the cat counts down the last 10 seconds
• Marching in place — left + right is one rep, counted to the beat
• Switch moves right on the home screen

YOUR SQUAT BUDDY
• The cat moves with you, front and side view (tap to switch)
• A real voice counts your reps and cheers in Japanese, with English captions in the speech bubble
• Music locked to your squat rhythm — one squat per bar
• Slow / Normal / Fast tempo, changeable mid-set
• Choose a Japanese nickname the cat calls you: Senpai, Captain, Onee-chan and more

MAKE IT YOURS
• Reps × sets, or reps only
• Reps, sets, rest time, wait time and reminder timing are all adjustable
• Voice and music can each be turned off

TRACK THE HABIT
• Streak, best streak, active days and total squats
• Daily totals and a 2-week chart

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Everything stays on your iPhone. No account, no sign-up, no tracking
• Squats are free, with no ads
• Wall sit and Marching come with Squat Cat Pro, a one-time purchase (no subscription)

Squat Cat is a fun way to build an exercise habit. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. If you have health concerns, talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise routine.
