## What is Squat World?

Squat today. Travel farther.

Squat World turns camera-counted squats into momentum you can see. Choose a target, move in a clear space, and let your iPhone count qualifying reps while you focus on form. Finish a set to see your Squat Score, review depth, back angle, hold, stability, and consistency feedback, and keep your streak moving.

Every 50 valid squats earns a Passport footprint. Complete routes, reach destinations, and unlock arrival reveals. Compare a new set with your own saved Ghost score, explore seven-day Insights, and finish Daily Challenges. Take three camera-scored Party rounds with friends and see who comes out on top.

Squat World Plus is available through an optional monthly auto-renewing subscription. It unlocks guided workouts, movement timers, goals, weekly summaries, private notes, and evidence-linked learning. Guided non-squat movements and manual timer activities are not camera-scored and do not add to camera-counted squat, Challenge, Passport, Ghost, or Party totals.

Camera video is analyzed on device and is not uploaded or retained by default. Squat World is general fitness education—not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or personal clinical instruction. Work within your current ability and stop for pain, dizziness, chest pain or pressure, loss of balance, or unusual shortness of breath.
