I Like the rest of the app tho, however could be a bit more simply. Still worth using for me. ### 4/5 — Good app but bit pricey *2022-11-30, version 1.20.6* This app takes a bit of time and effort to set up your work onto but you soon get used to the needed features and this makes my work so much easier to track and manage, especially as you usually take your phone with you everywhere you go including out to work on the jobs. My only thoughts are that I feel like a more reasonable monthly price would be £15 rather than £18. ### 4/5 — Great… for UK *2022-03-28* I think this would be fantastic but unfortunately doesn’t seem to be compatible with US business. Thanks. ### 2/5 — Bug *2021-03-14, version 1.14.8* This app is brilliant and you must be now why confused as to why I have given 2 stars, let me tell you. There is a current bug which is creating duplicate future appointment and this has made customers suspicious and some have even cancelled. This needs to be fixed because why would anyone require duplicate appointments? Example: Bob smith is 1x every 2 months, squeegee is making an appointment for either the next month, or if it’s on the right month, it’s on a wrong day, so I have one appointment on a Tuesday and another on Thursday. Can this be fixed please. ### 2/5 — Shame they got greedy *2020-12-15, version 1.13.99* This is a useful tool that I have used to manage my Window rounds and would quite happily pay for the service but unfortunately the owners have got greedy and think it is acceptable to charge £18 pcm or £180 a year. It is only a work planner (some of them are just as good and free) With this in mind, you have lost my Business and I will use your cheaper competition. ### 5/5 — Brilliant software *2020-11-26, version 1.13.61* The app is going from strength to strength and has my business running perfectly. This app does everything I need and more. I had a one to one training session that was really helpful. It’s definitely worth the money. ### 2/5 — Crashing and map integration not working *2020-11-07, version 1.10.100* The app looks awesome and just what I’ve been looking for, but I’ve noticed the app crashes a lot whilst adding new customers and the maps integration is bringing up different locations. Rated 2 starts for now, will you be iterating on the iOS build soon? I’ve used other crms in the past but this one is extremely versatile and is packed with a lot of great features. This is also the most affordable crm I have used. And it’s great when I see they consistently add features and fix bugs. This app looks great on paper but if your not neurotypical then you will struggle. It’s not very intuitive, the UI is and absolute mess! And if you ask for any help from the developers or team that runs this and question the aforementioned issues. They will belittle and tell you there is no problem with there app and the problem sits with yourself. So overall the app is ok’ish and could be better if the developers actually listened! However when I shared my issues they basically told me I was an idiot! ### 1/5 — Squeegee .. *2024-09-13* Tried to resign up although that failed kinda wondering if it’s even worth trying with these guys anymore same issues for the past few years among other issues with the app. ; Issues that are Y E A R S old like this payment foolery why can’t you guys get ANYTHING correct at any point in your history? ### 1/5 — Workers *2022-06-04* Why won't it allow me to add multiple workers. Says maximum number of workers is 1. ### 1/5 — When It Works *2021-06-18, version 1.16.34* It would seem every time the developers make the smallest change they manage to break another part of the app. Yes it’s is feature rich. Yes, it has plenty of features coming soon. But, breaking a cloud sync is not adding value to me right now. More so when you can’t invoice completed work or when work or customers details are not being saved back to the cloud. We are paying for something that keeps on getting broken. ### 1/5 — Data GONE *2020-11-19, version 1.13.50* I had a years worth of data and customers disappear! No way to get it back even tho it was all backed up on every use. Frustrated & completely disappointed! ### 1/5 — Not as good as cleaner planner *2019-11-26, version 1.8.30* Cleaner planner is a far more rounded out and polished piece of software. I tried squeege and found it to be less than desirable. Cleaner planner knocks it’s socks off!! ### 1/5 — Cannot use *2019-01-01, version 1.4.17* This only works if the work is identical each time. We have weekly clients but one week will be 1 hour, the next week will always be 2 hours (thorough clean). I’m just starting out as a window cleaner but I decided to go with Squeegee from the get go. I couldn’t imagine doing it any other way. So simple to use. You look so much more professional than your competitors with their cash in hand or slips of paper with bank account details on with the automated payments, customers love it. Squeegee is a great app, from a one man band, a growing business or franchises. We have been using squeegee for around 6 years and it’s evolving all the time. We have gone from 2 man on the road to 5 and looking for the 6th. Love this software. The are issues sometimes but the team are always quick to help. Like every developing software sometimes things happen. But I wouldn’t go anywhere else. A fantastic bit of kit for any service provider ### 5/5 — The Best Window Cleaning Software *2023-05-25, version 1.21.86* I Have had a window cleaning business for over 10 years now and have been able to try out the top four largest software brands over that time. Its been great to watch each iteration of software grow and improve. I have to say Squeegee sits firmly at the top and has done for some time. However, I will say that Squeegee may not be a software for everyone. The same thing that makes it great, the sheer number of features and capability, also make it the most challenging to get the best from. But rest assured though, every minute that you put into the software rewards you with another easier, more convenient and more time saving way to run your business. Its is simply sublime. Entering in new clients, easy. Round ordering and scheduling, easy. Payments and banking, seamless and easy. And the reporting is out of this world. At this point, I was going to say, if you are a owner operator with just one van, then feel free to check out some of the other options, but on refection, squeegee software is so good, even the most simple of businesses would benefit. If you do run multi-vehicle operations however, there is only one real choice. Squeegee is just so versatile and comprehensive, it just makes all other choices seem too simplistic and tedious. So bite the bullet, set aside some time to enter all the info and set it up properly and you wouldn’t believe just how easy and effortless running a data intensive business can be. ### 5/5 — The Best software to date *2023-01-19, version 1.20.6* This is the most dynamic software available for window cleaners.
