### 3/5 — Great - BUT !

*2026-07-06, version 10.1.5*

It’s a great simple to use app but doesn’t have good functionality for fast squeezes - my physio has increased my fast squeezes to 40 but I have to stop and restart every 10 squeezes as you can’t increase the rate or number of fast squeezes above 10 !!

I emailed last year and no one got back to me.

### 4/5 — Easy Squeezy

*2026-03-19, version 9.0.5*

A physio friend recommended this app & it’s been brilliant to have the reminders to squeeze 3 times daily. I’ve never done so many pelvic floor exercises in my life before this app!!

I only gave 4 stars as I find it isn’t consistent at logging & saving the exercises completed.
For instance it will show 3 exercises completed for that day then the following morning only 2 have been logged.

I guess the main thing is I know I’ve completed them & my pelvic floor is much stronger for it.

I’ve recommended the app to quite a number of people.

Thank you NHS 🙂

### 2/5 — Helpful but design is too medical

*2026-02-18, version 9.0.5*

It feels like it was designed by men, and if I have to look at it three times a day I wish the graphics and motion to walk you through the exercises were less clinical. Why orange and blue, why not more robust motion graphics to better emphasize the exercises? Should be free for all it does.

### 4/5 — Basic exercise reminder

*2025-11-22, version 9.0.5*

I have used this app for a few weeks now and I like to have the reminders every day. But there is so much more information that could be added under handy tips. For example other non kegel exercises to try, not blowing your nose whilst on the toilet, not peeing in the shower etc. All of these things are easy things to try and will become a habit and will help your pelvic floor.

### 2/5 — Repetitive and boring

*2025-09-29, version 8.0.0*

I can’t believe I paid for a glorified reminder system. There is zero motivation for me to do the same exercise several times a day. There really needs to be a more comprehensive program or option. I’ll be sticking to the pelvic floor physio on instagram who provides free daily exercises.

### 4/5 — App is great but please change the icon

*2025-09-20, version 8.0.0*

Pelvic floor exercises were at something I knew that I should do regularly but could never manage to be consistent with. I wish I had had this app many years ago. The reminders are great but please change the logo (as others have said already).

### 4/5 — Great App - shame about the Logo

*2025-08-15, version 8.0.0*

I have just started using this well written App, which I can see could help to achieve success with a prolapse issue. But I must say that I am concerned about the logo. I appreciate the issue could do with raised visibility, but I’m not looking forward to discussing it with someone at a shop checkout, if it pops up during a payment, or when I’m showing an online ticket on a train or at the theatre.

### 5/5 — Speedy and Motivating

*2025-07-20, version 8.0.0*

I have managed to use this app twice daily for several days after decades of unfulfilled good intentions. Really helpful.

### 5/5 — Great tool for managing kegels

*2025-07-19*

My SIL told me about this and it’s been a huge help in managing and remembering my kegels exercises. Of course this useful tool is not American and none of my US doctors or PTs have ever heard of it when I show it to them. Thanks to the more patient-centered NHS of the UK for coming up with this valuable tool .

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback - we are delighted it is working for you!
Best wishes
Myra (Squeezy physio)

### 5/5 — Progress

*2025-07-18, version 8.0.0*

Unsure at first if these exercises would help
Thankfully they certainly have 3x a day every day is a sm price to pay for life changing results

### 5/5 — Helpful

*2025-07-18, version 8.0.0*

The app helps to remind me to do the exercises and to do the correct pattern.

### 5/5 — Pelvic Exercise

*2025-07-17, version 8.0.0*

Excellent for people that have had prostate cancer definitely recommend it .

### 5/5 — Excellent app

*2025-07-17, version 8.0.0*

Excellent app, easy to use and very helpful for for getting my bladder back in shape after prostrate surgery

### 5/5 — Keeping me consistent

*2025-07-16, version 8.0.0*

Love this app. Wish I had known about it sooner. It’s keeping me consistent!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Change LOGO!

*2026-05-18, version 9.0.5*

Trying to be discrete on my phone and my sons laughed when they saw someone holding their pee. Embarrassing.

### 1/5 — I would give this a five star but

*2026-02-05, version 9.0.5*

I would give this a five star but it is not making me feel comfortable when the app icon is so non discreet and the reminder comes up as ‘time to squeeze’, 😳🫣It’s poped up more than once on overcrowded tubes and whilst paying in shops. Could there be an alternative setting that makes it less embarrassing? And it could say just smth like ‘time too’ or even an emoji like 🌷 or 🫶? And one could choose? Thank you.

### 1/5 — Terrible icon

*2025-12-27, version 9.0.5*

Terrible icon. Note that, with a considerable amount of messing around, it is possible on iPhone to create a shortcut with different icon, and hide the original one. Well worth doing! But developers, please please reconsider your icon - some of us really don’t want this on our phones…..

### 1/5 — No notifications

*2025-12-19, version 9.0.5*

Nice idea but the notifications do not function despite being enabled in app and in phone settings. It also does not record completed sessions despite saving them and does not display the right time prompt on the main page. Sometimes it sends random reminders at the wrong time. It’s a shame snd looks like it wasn’t correctly coded or maintained.

### 1/5 — Keeps cutting my music

*2025-10-23, version 9.0.3*

I have complained, but was told it is designed to do that so that people concentrate on the squeezing. I have awful tinnitus and music is my only relief, so having my music stopped is unacceptable. I cannot use the app in its current form.

### 1/5 — Deceptive title

*2025-08-14, version 8.0.0*

The app claims to help monitor and identify issues with bladder / yet it resets everyday - how does that help identify patterns?
It just doesn’t work.

### 1/5 — App won’t load any of the sections within in

*2025-06-13, version 7.1.1*

Very disappointed. I downloaded this app, and when I tried to access the information “petal” within it, nothing will download. Just says it’s downloading content but keeps spinning round and round and nothing comes up. I’m on a fully updated iPhone 15.

### 1/5 — Squeezy review

*2024-11-17, version 7.1.1*

Excellent exercises.
From being practically incontinent having to wear a pad every time I go out. After a year I am pad free and confident I will have no leaks when I am out and about.
3x a day.
Regards
Claudia

### 1/5 — Over charged and no response!

*2020-03-17, version 2.7.1*

Paid for the app $4.48 and was deducted $24.48 from my bank! Sent off an email and haven’t heard anything!

### 1/5 — Very poor app. Not even worth a dollar

*2016-04-26*

Biggest issues are that you cannot increase repetitions beyond 10 or set a couple different workouts. Main issues is that apple watch does vibrate at all during exercise so its worthless trying to use unless you want to hold up your wrist for the whole time which would be tiring and weird. Waste of money, there are better apps for free

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Simple and effective

*2026-06-20, version 10.0.2*

I’ve stuck to this for 2 months and am so pleased with the results. It’s made a real difference. 🙂😍👌

### 5/5 — Good app, but they don’t understand fractions

*2026-06-19, version 10.0.2*

It’s handy to have but it frustrates me that the developers don’t understand fractions? You have a big pie of 3/3’s to complete, determined by how man exercises on the 2 other 3/3’s are completed. You can complete 2 exercises (2/6) but it doesn’t count as 1/3. Also you should be able to edit the quick exercises relax time, I know it isn’t typical but I need to focus on my relaxing so that time needs to be doubled and I’m not able to use the app for that.

### 5/5 — Very useful and well designed app

*2026-05-16, version 9.0.5*

Reminders, visual and audio cues and usability all excellent. It’s also very nice that it isn’t pink. There’s nothing wrong with pink but it gets a bit relentless!

### 5/5 — Keep going - it’s worth it!

*2026-01-10, version 9.0.5*

It took nearly a year but, with the help of this app and advice from a pelvic floor physio, I can now run with dry pants! I am so grateful. This app is a brilliant way of reminding you to do the exercises but a bit of professional advice is probably going to be needed along side, if you aren’t getting the results you want.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2025-10-30, version 9.0.4*

I just wouldn’t remember to do this if I didn’t have the prompts

### 5/5 — Great help

*2025-10-23, version 9.0.3*

This has been a great help for me personally. Very grateful and happy with the outcome of this app. Have already recommended it to family.

### 5/5 — Bladder app

*2025-09-08, version 8.0.0*

Overall is a great app. Reminds me to do my exercises three times a day and along with vaginal oestrogen, seems to have helped a lot. Would be worth mentioning that my visually impaired friend could not see the gray line on the outside of the circle counting down the seconds. Needs to be a stronger colour and contrast. Great app tho!

### 5/5 — Great value pelvic floor app

*2025-08-24, version 8.0.0*

I’ve seen a women’s health physio before but found it hard to keep track of and motivated about exercises. This app is simple and really easy to use. Also love that it’s a one time only payment instead of subscription. Developed by the UK public heath authority NHS so reputable and value for money.

### 5/5 — Very helpful !

*2025-08-20, version 8.0.0*

Very good app I’ve done pelvic floor exercises but not consistently or daily as it does slip your mind this app is great reminder to do them been suffering stress incontinence so started using this app 6 times a day 10 fast and slow sets like it suggests for the past 3 weeks and today I jumped on trampoline with my son without wetting myself ! Felt big improvement.

### 5/5 — Really helpful App

*2025-08-18, version 8.0.0*

The app is very easy to use and an excellent way to ensure pelvic floor exercises are done properly and regularly.
