The My Wallet tab just hangs, preventing redemptions when you just want to grab your coffee and go. I was always able to pick up my loyalty points by tapping my phone onto their squid machine. It hasn’t worked in weeks despite updates. Now they are giving me my stamps on a card. ☹️ ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-04-02, version 3.0.37* Crashes constantly and fails to load stars. Frustrating. Oh for the old days of physical loyalty cards! It crashes constantly, especially when trying to use NFC or load a loyalty card. Half the time it doesn’t register my visits, and I’ve lost stamps more than once because of bugs. The user interface is confusing and clunky — it’s hard to even find which card belongs to which shop, and there’s barely any guidance for first-time users. Sometimes the screen just freezes for no reason, and I’ve had to force-close the app multiple times in one session. Great concept, poor execution. Doesn’t integrate with password managers. Then demands your name and date of birth. Wants to know your gender. Then it bugs you again to sign up to newsletter.
