## What is Squidcision?

Squidcision helps you turn an uncertain choice into a clear comparison. Define what matters, set weights, and score your options. YOYO, your little squid companion, helps you learn the process step by step.

Compare apartments, job offers, travel plans, gadgets, and other everyday choices.

• Start with a built-in template or create your own criteria.
• Adjust weights to reflect what matters to you.
• Add options, costs, and scores, then compare weighted results.
• Explore rankings, radar charts, and value-for-cost comparisons.
• Save projects locally, sync with iCloud when available, and invite others to contribute their own scores.
• Practice with YOYO in the interactive guide.
• Export a JSON backup of your decision data.

Squidcision combines “squid” and “decision”: a thoughtful little companion for moments of hesitation. Your priorities, your scores, your choice.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5 — 2026-10-27

Compare your options with clearer controls and layouts that adapt as you fold iPhone Duo.

Improved
• Scoring, Weights and Report use system selection controls. Recommendation modes and report perspectives also use system controls, with a menu when space is limited or text is larger.
• Candidate editing, weight cards and reports adjust around the fold. Cards stay together on one side, or use both sides when there is enough room.
• Keep your candidate and entered price as you open, partially fold or close the device.

Fixed
• Corrected content clipping after rotating between fold orientations.

### 1.4 — 2026-10-22

Compare your options more comfortably as the available screen space changes.

• Project lists, scoring cards, weights and reports adapt to narrow and wide layouts, landscape orientation and larger text.
• Keep your selected project and place when moving between the sidebar and project details.
• Project name edits are saved to the correct project when you switch projects.
• Swipe-to-delete is more reliable, including with right-to-left text, and cards stay within their columns.
• Open the privacy policy directly from Settings.

Your existing projects and scores are preserved.

### 1.3 — 2026-10-12

Your little squid now speaks more languages. Enjoy localized names and interfaces in English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese (Brazil), Japanese, and Korean. Templates, examples, guidance, and reports follow your app language. This update also improves regional number entry and preserves existing decision data.
