## What is Squirrel?

Squirrel is a simple and private expense tracker. It works just as you would expect without overcomplicating your experience. It does not track you in any way and does not send your data anywhere.

You can now select custom category colors with the new color picker. Existing colors were migrated to the new system with uniform color brightness. The app will look slightly different but we tried to get as close as possible with the better palette

Added new time zone filter, which allows you to filter your expenses by the time zone they were made in

Bug Fixes and Minor Improvements:
- Place suggestions will be shown without typing anything into the field
- Fixed onboarding search bar hitbox on iOS 26 and later
- Fixed onboarding cloud sync status issues
- Fixed an issue when exchange rates would not update while the app is running
