Know exactly how much time off you have, and when you can take it. SquirrelAway tracks your vacation and paid leave the way your employer actually pays it out: by the pay period, with the rules your company uses. Enter the balance from your last paystub, answer a few questions about how you accrue, and it does the rest. See your balance today and what it will be on any date you choose. Plan a trip and know before you book whether you will have the hours. Watch a year ahead on one chart, with every trip, every cap, and every expiry your employer applies. It handles the rules that make this hard to do by hand. Rates that step up with years of service. Balance caps that stop you earning. Carryover limits that clear hours at year end. Batches that expire after a set time. Hours that land days after payday. Federal holidays, your own work schedule, and holiday pay that covers part of a day. If your employer has a rule, there is a place for it. It warns you before you lose anything. If hours will expire or be cleared, you see it on the first screen, and you can ask to be reminded ninety, sixty and thirty days ahead. Your data stays on your phone, and if you turn on sync it goes only to your own private iCloud. It is never sent to us, nothing is sold, and there is no account to create. SquirrelAway Pro adds trip stretching, a search for the earliest date a trip fits, splitting one trip across more than one balance, Home Screen widgets, private sync through your own iCloud, and the Tide theme. One purchase, yours for good, on every device you sign in with. ## Key features - Accurate PTO tracking by pay period - Forecasting future PTO balances - Customizable accrual rules - Expiration and cap alerts - Yearly balance overview chart - Private iCloud sync option ## Pricing and in-app purchases Base price: Free. **One-time purchases** | Purchase | Price | Type | | --- | --- | --- | | SquirrelAway Pro | $19.99 | one-time | ## Frequently asked questions about SquirrelAway Time Off Planner ### How does SquirrelAway calculate my PTO?
