## What is Squishy?

You reach for your phone for one thing. Twenty minutes later, you’re still scrolling.

Squishy makes screen-time control feel less like punishment and more like caring for something. Its mood follows your choices: focus and Squishy perks up; spend time in apps you meant to avoid and Squishy wilts. Instead of fighting another timer, you’re keeping a tiny companion happy.

Block distracting apps and websites, schedule protected time for work, mornings, and bedtime, and use recovery sessions when you need to get back on track.

SHARE ONE SQUISHY
Connect with a partner and care for the same Squishy together. Both people’s focus sessions and temporary unblocks affect the same happiness score. Daily contributions show how each of you helped—or hurt—your shared Squishy.

SYNC WITH CHROME
Use the same Squishy on iPhone, iPad, and Chrome. Supported activity syncs to one mascot, and eligible Squishy Pro access also unlocks Premium in the Chrome extension.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Squishy uses Apple’s Screen Time framework to monitor and block only the apps and websites you choose. Squishy cannot see what you do inside them. If you enable account sync or partner sharing, the account and Squishy activity needed to provide those features is securely sent to Squishy’s service. Squishy does not sell your personal information.

SUBSCRIPTION
All features require a subscription, with a free trial to start. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings. Pro access may also be provided through an eligible linked partner plan.
