## What is Squrrl?

Most task apps are built for people who already remember to open them. Squrrl is
built for the rest of us.

It's a task manager shaped around how ADHD actually works: capture things before
they evaporate, group them so starting is easy, and get reminded in a way that's
hard to ignore.

BRAIN DUMP
Everything in your head, out of your head. Type, enter, repeat — no fields to fill
in, no decisions to make. Sort it later, or don't.

TASK BATCHES
Five small things feel like five decisions. Batch them — Errands, Calls, Admin —
and work the whole group in one go. Momentum does the rest.

REMINDERS THAT DON'T GIVE UP
Ordinary notifications arrive once, at the worst possible moment, and vanish. Turn
on Nag Me and Squrrl keeps reminding you every 5, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes until
the thing is actually done.

TIME BLOCKING
Drag a task onto the calendar and give it a slot. Seeing the day laid out beats
holding it in your head, and it makes "I'll do it later" into a specific later.

FOCUS TIMER
Pick a task, pick a length — 5 to 60 minutes — and start. Sessions are logged, so
you can see what you actually did rather than guessing.

ROUTINES AND STREAKS
Build the habits you keep meaning to build. Tick them off daily and watch the
streak grow. Miss a day and it's fine — the streak is a nudge, not a punishment.

WORKSPACES
Keep work and personal separate. Switch between them in one tap so your evening
isn't full of things you can't do until Monday.

EVERYTHING SYNCS
Your tasks, routines, streaks and focus history stay in step across every device
you sign into.

ALSO INSIDE
• Priorities and energy levels, so you can pick something that matches what you've got
• Recurring tasks — daily, weekly on chosen days, or monthly
• Categories with colours you choose
• Drag to reorder, so your list matches your actual priorities
• Works offline; changes sync when you're back

Squrrl won't make ADHD go away. It will stop your to-do list being one more thing
you're behind on.

SUBSCRIPTION
Squrrl requires a subscription. Create an account, start a 1-week free trial
through the App Store, and after the trial it is $2.99 per month or $29.99 per
year (prices may vary by region). Everything in the app is included; there is
no free tier.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase, or
at the end of the free trial. The subscription renews automatically unless
auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current
period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current
period ends. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings. Any
unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
