It seems the developers had a lot of ideas, and threw them at the wall to see what would stick, then, kept them all! I like the crossword part, a lot, but you work on them to “earn 3 puzzle pieces. I would like to be able to choose the CATAGORY of picture puzzles. I’m sick of boring landmarks. When I choose another catagory, it never seems to apply. I am glad to see that we can turn OFF the landmark section altogether. The “mood” back ground changes make it interesting, I suppose. I would just like to solve those pictures puzzles faster, without PURCHASES! This app synchronizes across devices on the LOWEST LEVEL! I’m currently on the pyramid landmark on build 8. It taken me forever it seems to get this far. I have to solve 116 levels to complete the landmark. The thing is that it seems each puzzle requires me to complete AT LEAST 32 levels. That means I will solve about four puzzles to complete the build. And, the next landmark is only going to require MORE levels to complete a build and each build is going to require more levels to complete. I haven’t done the math , but if my next landmark requires 8 builds and starts at 116 or more levels for build 1, I hate to think how many levels build 8 will take. I really like the puzzles as they are cool to solve. I am playing the 8 x 8 size puzzles. Don’t know yet if that will automatically move to 9 x 9 as I advance. I think you need to give more than one puzzle piece for every level completed. Make solving levels more worthy of my time and I will gladly give this game a 5 star rating. I lowered my rating to one star. I just finished the pyramid landmark and started the next landmark. It looks like the Parthenon. It’s going to take me to complete 42 puzzles just to start building the landmark. That’s about 1345 levels. Then I hate to think how many levels to complete the build. I’m 75 years old and I don’t believe I’ll live long enough to finish all the landmarks. This is crazy and NOT fun making no real progress. I think I play pretty fast, but I can’t spend 8-10 hours a day playing. What’s the point. Too bad. No fun. ### 1/5 — Not the same *2025-11-06, version 2.3.5* Sqworble seems to have been dumbed down. I loved Sqworble and played it every day. I used to have to wait sometimes until I was able to get more coins for hints if I was stumped. And that was OK. My mind was challenged and I learned new words.
