Für die Schalt Werke kann man das wunderbar installieren, für die Schalt Griffe aber nicht. Egal auf welche Stelle man tippt, das Programm reagiert nicht. Auch ein Neustart oder ein Update oder eine Neueinstallation helfen da nicht. Es ist nur unverständlich, wie man so ein Programm als Serienprodukt an den Kunden geben kann. ### 4/5 — Almost Perfect… One Fatal Necessity Missing *2026-07-31, version 2.51.0* As a professional technician, being able to utilize so many set up tools and diagnostic tools during services is beyond helpful. The app is interactive, after some training, to its full extent, and everything can be simply found on the external links leading to SRAMs website for further info. My Bluetooth doesn’t save deraillers and such getting paired. But SRAM. PLEASE. I know y’all hear this often: PLEASE MAKE AN “UPDATE ALL” button for everything paired to one system or one bike. It would save loads of time and energy. I know yall are capable. Be the 10/10 I know yall can be 💪🏼 ### 2/5 — Poorly Made App *2026-07-04, version 2.49.0* I don’t know why SRAM hasn’t invested in making a decent app. Connectivity is poor, in-accurate data, and limited usability. Les infos techniques de chaque sortie sont bien résumées également. Dommage que l’application nous renvoie vers une page web à chaque fois qu’on veut consulter une sortie. I still get the green light on the bike itself when I test without the app but still this is ridiculous. ### 3/5 — Update required… *2026-05-04, version 2.48.1* You said you fixed the update bug and it did for a while then it came back on race day and refused to let me use it and kept repeating update 2.54.9 so I was stuck in climbing gear for my whole race. ### 4/5 — Good buuuuuuut *2026-04-25, version 2.48.1* I do like how quick it is to adjust gears it sure would be nice to micro adjust each gear individually. I was under the impression thats what I could do. Nope, one micro adjust for the whole range. Hopefully a software upgrade will allow that at aome point. I believe it’s not letting the lockout to work during sprinting! I have to use manual mode.. ### 1/5 — Flight attend auto Modus funktioniert nicht mehr *2026-04-19* Mit android hat alles funktioniert. Seit ich die ios app nutze. Kommt das flight attend system nicht mehr in den auto Modus und bleibt dauerhaft im override Modus. Somit ist im Prinzip das ganze System nutzlos. Aus meiner Sicht liegt es daran weil der flight attend Button den man einem Controller zu weisen kann nicht korrekt programmiert ist. Normalerweise kann man durch dauerhaften Druck des Controllers zwischen Auto und override um schalten. Das geht nicht mehr. Stattdessen kann man jetzt nur noch per Druck zwischen open, pedal und closed umschalten, aber man kommt nicht mehr in den auto Modus **Developer response:** Wir arbeiten ständig daran, die App zu verbessern. Pairing Blips lost the levers and front derailleur. Do not use this app to pair your components. Do it manually using physical buttons on components and their LED lights. Then open the app to assign functions. This should be the first thing the app tells the user. ### 1/5 — It takes effort to be this bad *2026-08-25, version 2.52.0* I want to love SRAM. But every experience I have is terrible. Just bought a new Specialized Epic 8 Pro with the Flight Attendant suspension. The power kept dropping during rides so the suspension was doing the opposite of what I needed. Locked when I was hitting bumps and open when I would stand and pedal. Then, the pin on the front fork module broke and then nothing worked. The design is terrible. It’s a good thing they have a good warranty because they need it. Replaced the power meter and fork module. Reconnecting everything was a nightmare because the app kept hanging up. Just spinning and would force me to start over. Close app, delete all components, delete bike, redownload firmware etc. with no guide or explanation if it was failing. Oh, and the brakes suck. SRAM brakes always suck. They have low stopping power and always rub or squeak. And yes, I know what I’m doing as a bike mechanic. Sorry SRAM, I tried to love you. ### 1/5 — Glitchy app, software and updates *2026-08-21, version 2.52.0* Seriously considering returning to mechanical ### 1/5 — Not good *2026-07-26, version 2.50.0* I have several Sram Axs bikes, sometimes the app works, then it doesn’t. The newer the groupset the better, my 3 year old bike is a complete pain to get to connect and even with my newest bike cannot be set up for the compensating shifting. Troubleshooting is very time consuming. Not impressed. ### 1/5 — App won’t pair with components *2026-07-18, version 2.50.0* The app doesn’t pair with my AXS components. Shake the bike? That does nothing. The video gives different instructions that also don’t work. Totally confusing. ### 1/5 — SRAM lives up to the Polish definition of the word *2026-07-16, version 2.50.0* Went to go on a group ride today, got the bike out, went to start pedaling and it won’t shift anymore. I open the app, the derailleur shows up and says battery is “good” but every time I click on it, it says “Bluetooth connection lost”. Cool, thanks for ruining a ride. I get to sit on the curb and troubleshoot while all my friends are mountain biking. Bei meiner Red Asx wird die Kette ständig über das vordere Kettenblatt abgeworfen, obwohl ich schon in drei Werkstätten war. Ist wohl ein Konstruktionsfehler. Und lebensgefährlich. Software der Schaltung wurde sofort aktualisiert. Ich finde auch die Statistik nach einer Fahrt klasse.
