I had multiple auto transfers set. Once this app it something on the back end was updated, none of my auto transfers took place. This caused missed and late payment fees added to the account. Unacceptable that no one bothered to even call or give a heads up that an update was to take place.

Love the ability to move funds between accounts and create notes to remind you of why the transaction occurred.  

It would be very helpful to add a memo line to the mobile deposit function.  Since you aren’t able to see a photo of the deposited document, the ability to write a word or two to remind you of what it was would help a lot.

With perfectly printed checks, the app is unable to find the MICR code numbers even after up to 5 tries. If complains and refuses to accept checks with perfectly straight edges on a solid contrasting color background. I can process checks much faster with Provident’s app

The app is easy to use but nothing special about it. The cool feature is the mobile deposit, no more trip to the bank to deposit a check. You can do it right from your phone in less than 2 minutes. Loving it.

Check deposit was previously straightforward now its a disaster.  Took at least 10x and considerable luck to deposit checks.  Other reviews rightly detail all the problems.

This app has been absolutely wonderful for several years. I used the check deposit option quite frequently. The last update nearly broke the option. Check alignment view changed from
landscape to portrait making it harder to align. Even worse, motion is rotated - if I move up, the view changes left; move left, the view moves down. Very hard to get check aligned. Took me like 10 attempts to get it to accept a picture. Also, kept saying too dark. Never had a problem with the previous version.
