The SD card videos can play normally, but the app cannot download them.
The download button does not work at all.

Cuando graba los videos en automático se traban demasiado es decir graba 5 segundos y de ahí se brinca a los 20 segundos dejando los 15 segundos sin grabar Comi puedo solucionar esto ?pasa en todas las cámaras que tengo, aclaro la velocidad y el internet están perfectamente bien y con potencia a los dispositivos

ลงชื่อเข้าใช้ครั้งแรกด้วย Apple ID ได้ผิดพลาดลบอุปกรณ์ไปพอจะเพิ่มอุปกรณ์ใหม่อีกครั้งก็เข้าไม่ได้อีก ขึ้นว่ารหัสผ่านผิด หาผู้รู้สอนวิธีแก้ปัญหาในYouTube google ก็ไม่มีเลย กล้อง4ตัว Xvr หนึ่งเครื่อง ทำงานเก็บเงินซื้อด้วยน้ำพักน้ำแรง หวังจะช่วยรักษาความปลอดภัยให้กับบ้านและคนในครอบครัว อย่างน้อยก้ได้ออกไปทำงานด้วยความสบายใจ แต่รู้สึกเหมือนจะผิดหวัง ปัญหาเรื่องกล้องแล้วยังต้องมีปัญหากับคนในครอบครัวอีกถ้ายังหาทางแก้ไขไม่ได้คงจำไปจนตาย .

常時録画しているが、録画データをマーク（⭐︎マーク）出来なくなっている。また、以前はストレージが初期でSDになっていたが現在ではローカルになっており、いちいち変更する必要があり面倒。

la aplicación es super mala, deberían permitir sincronizar con otras apps. actualizo la interfaz de la aplicación es muy mala en comparación con otras cámaras! deberían hacerlas compatibles con otros servicios como Google Home o Home kit

Tengo 4 cámaras instaladas desde hace 3 años, tengo acceso a ellas, cuando estoy fuera de casa, a través de la red móvil y funcionan muy bien, todas tienen tarjeta de memoria y almacenan un poco más de una semana de grabación.
