It puts my employment in jeopardy when the power goes out in the middle of a shift because there were not low balance alerts. This has happened 3 times since November. The biggest flaw this app has is that it doesn’t tell you in advance when you’re running out of power. So, unless you’re always checking your app to find out what your balance is, the way that you find out that you’re out is that your power just shuts off. Most likely this will happen in the middle of something important. I don’t know why it doesn’t do this anymore, but it used to. It’s such a simple thing that they could do that. It just doesn’t do and makes my experience with SRP incredibly frustrating ### 5/5 — M-Power is Great! *2025-10-08, version 6.0.6* My wife and I love M-Power, because we always know where we stand with our electricity usage. No surprise bill at the end of the month. If we are using too much electricity we are able to adjust our usage immediately, so we’re not spending too much. Otherwise, we wouldn’t know until the end of the month and by then the bill is exorbitant. Now I will definitely uninstall this app! They all just want your fingerprints and then they want your eye metrics & all your personal information, since the phone upgrade forces you to use your fingerprint & eye metrics and other personal information. Now they will completely own your entire data. And now we humbly giving away our rights! This is insane! I should not have to update my ENTIRE PHONE system in Order to have access or use to the app; which we actually are giving them the rights & access to our entire personal account, information, phone pics, email, passwords, etc. I will just uninstall this app. We can just go back to the old fashion ways!
