## What is SRP Power?

The SRP Power mobile app for residential customers is a friendlier and faster way to pay your bill and manage your account. Whether you’re at home or on the go, accessing your SRP account is as easy as reaching into your pocket.

Key Features:
Daily Cost and Usage: See a snapshot of your energy costs and usage by the hour, day or month. If you’re enrolled in a Time-of-Day plan, you can even see how much energy you’ve used during on-peak and off-peak hours to optimize your savings.

Payments: View your balance and make payments quickly and securely from anywhere. Save payment information and even schedule future payments. If you’d like to make an in-person cash payment, you can access your digital cash payment card through the app.

Report and View Outages: When your power goes out, report it quickly and get estimated restoration times. You can also use the interactive outage map to see areas out of power along with the cause and number of customers affected.

Stay informed: Get push notifications that let you know about updates to your bill or payments, or power outages in your area.

Use your SRP My Account login to access the SRP Power app. Not signed up for My Account? No worries. You can register using your SRP account.

I had no problems for years with this app on my other phone. I recently upgraded to the iPhone Air, and after entering my credentials, the app tries to log in, but never does.

App works perfectly fine with the same dashboard you see online. 
Just don’t select the Face ID/Touch ID option when signing in. Called SRP Customer service and they confirmed that it is just a faulty portion of the application functionality.

Just downloaded the app and had to delete it right away. I tried opening the app multiple times and it just kept crashing. Couldn’t get past the log in screen before it crashes again and again and again. I even checked to make sure the app was all updated and it was. Still didn’t work.
