From an administrative and support standpoint, SRX Checkout has been a helpful tool for our customers. It gives them a simple way to scan parts, verify inventory, and complete checkouts on their own, which helps reduce errors and saves time for everyone involved.

Based on customer feedback, the app is generally reliable and easy to use. It’s not perfect, but it continues to improve and has become a solid option for customer-managed checkout in the field and on the shop floor.

I had a few concerns in the beginning but they resolved them and now are my go too for inventory management opportunities. 
Great to work with. They adapted to my needs well.
