Not sure how the person trying to claim it’s perfect for reporting wages got their app to properly function, but I would love to know because that’s the only reason and use for this app and it doesn’t work. They set stuff up for you after you go in person because you get hung up on the phone. Then they say use the app! Find our App! Report wages on the App! This app is for SSI WAGE REPORTING! It works perfect for our needs. It makes wage reporting so simple and easy to use. However, this app doesn’t get updated very often. I would suggest more frequent updates. ### 5/5 — App Works Like a Charm *2024-05-06, version 2.0.7* A wage prediction letter confused me at first, but after looking at my Login.gov portal and speaking with a representative from Social Security, I know for sure that this app works correctly. Some people may say it's buggy and may think they're reporting incorrect wages, but those estimate letters are not the real deal. I have not experienced any issues. I’ve been reporting my wages just fine. I’m also getting my letters every month confirming that everything was reported. I’ve only been getting SSI for 4 months, but I've never had a problem with this app so far. If that changes I certainly will be back to change my review. ### 5/5 — This app works for me just fine *2022-11-01, version 2.0.4* I have been using this app for a very long time, the old version was fine also, but I did not like having to manually type in the paystub information, because I am not good at calculating them very well, so uploading them is so easy, and so much better, and I just would like to give a positive review about this update of the app, it is very screen, reader, friendly for accessibility, since I am visually impaired, I need a screen reader on my phone to navigate, apps like this, this is so wonderful, and I would just say keep up the great work, so many negative complaints about this app. however, people do not realize that you can still enter your date of birth manually, with this app, and even though there might be tech glitches, I get it, but I just have to say, that I have not had any issues, and I really hope that you guys keep this version of the app around, and so forth. ### 5/5 — A good application to save time and money *2020-06-28, version 1.4* When I started using this application was a life saver, I had so many problems with the SSA office, they always losses my proof of income. Now I do it every month, has to be the first 8 days of the month to do your report, and Shazam no more problems or deductions on my monthly check. I also received a letter from the SSA informing me that the got my income declaration. It doesn’t work at all from 11PM-3AM Eastern time I believe. That showed up in a survey after I put in my first reporting. The app worked really well when I used it (finally) during those hours. I be right in the middle of reporting a wage then the app just shuts off. I was only able to report 1 of my 3 wages for last month. When I call to report the answering machine gives me the run around or say no one one is available to help me.
