I prefer the old app I liked it whenever I logged in I could see all of my accounts as soon as I logged in and the amount you basically have to go hunting for any information. This is happening on both the app and the official Security State Bank & Trust website. It keeps saying my account is “currently recognized as inactive” every time I login and I have no idea why it would even log me out or deactivate my account. Honestly tired of this app and bank. Don’t know why they can’t seem to get their crap together. 3rd parties have an extremely difficult time working/interfacing with them. The only response/solution you’ll always get, “The problem isn’t on our end, it’s on theirs”. It’s my fault though for putting up with it. I really wanted to believe that things would improve, but sadly, they’ve only gotten worse. I will now be taking my business elsewhere, and I can’t wait to work with an actual and decent bank.
