Man braucht vor allem viel Glück, damit die App einem erlaubt ein Ticket zu kaufen und nicht aus irgendeinem Grund in Fehler zu laufen. Abgesehen davon ist die Aufmachung nicht sehr ansprechend, bekommt keine visuellen Updates und verwirrt mehr als alles andere. Schade eigentlich, Nahverkehr könnte so schön sein.

Schlechter service
Buslinie 42 seit tagen inkorrekt in app. Nach meldung keine antwort. Am telefon wenig verstaendnis. Man bittet um gedult. Wielange wird nicht gesagt. Alles erinert inzwischen an die deutsche bahn. Dafuer gobts auch noch geld von steuerzahler.

ich wohne nicht in Stuttgart. Ich bin einfach nur zu Besuch und will schnell in der Bahn ein Ticket kaufen, _bevor_ ich am Ziel ankomme und schwarz gefahren bin. Bitte fügt die Option hinzu, ohne olles Benutzerkonto mit E-Mail-Registrierung und dem ganzen Quatsch schnell mit Apple/Google Pay ein Ticket zu kaufen. App auf, Ticket auswählen, ApplePay, fertig. Danke.

Die Mitarbeiter Ihrer Hotline in Stuttgart zucken lediglich mit den Schultern und sind ratlos.

Sorgen Sie bitte dafür, das Problem schnellstmöglich in den Griff zu bekommen.

Denn ich zahle regelmäßig meine Gebühren und möchte nicht bei einer Ticket-Kontrolle blamiert für ein Problem, welches ich gar nicht zu verantworten habe (sondern Sie).

Wahrscheinlich Deutschlands unzuverlässigste Ticket App. Jedes Mal muss man bei der Kontrolle Angst haben, dass man nicht schon wieder ausgeloggt wurde und das Deutschlandticket verschwunden ist. Sehr sehr nervig

Diese App ist genauso wie eine App gerade nicht sein sollte! Erst ist der Button zum Registrieren so gut versteckt, dass man ihn beinahe nicht findet, dann vermisse ich auf der Startseite das Personensymbol unter dem ich meine Kundendaten pflegen kann (ja, es gibt tatsächlich Menschen, die schon vorher daran denken, eine Kreditkarte zu hinterlegen, nicht erst beim ersten Ticket-Kauf) usw. usf. Fazit: Nicht brauchbar! Unbenutzbar! Digitaler Schrott!
