I’ve enabled all notification settings on both my phone and within the app, but I still don’t receive notifications for offered shifts. I usually miss important information and affects my ability to accept offers esp OTs. Please investigate and fix this issue, as reliable notifications are essential for a staff scheduling app.

No push notifications. Have to keep looking into the app to see any notifications. Honestly not very great when it’s used to communicate shifts.

My company has implemented this app to remove the need for direct messaging. It has been pretty smooth far and I like that it removes the use of regular lines of communication, like endless forms and texts. My issue is that I work for different places that contracts my company so I have different log ins for each. It would be great if there was an easier way to log in with multiple accounts. I also agree with the comments about allowing for the whole month to be viewed rather than a week at a time. I am using a different app for this.

After an update it says I have no active subscription but I do. How can it just stop working randomly?? And I’ve done all the other steps like redownloading the app, resetting my phone etc etc.
