예매할 때 딜레이 없고 빠른건 좋아요 근데 결제 방식이 너무 불편해요 미성년자는 아예 할 수 가 없어요 ssg페이 신분증 등록해야해서 진짜 별로에요 그리고 무통장 입금이나 네이버체이나 카카오페이나 특히 토스 안 되는거 답답합니다 제발 결제 수단 좀 늘려주세요

프로야구 개막 시즌을 맞아 많은 팬들이 멤버십까지 결제하며 설레는 마음으로 예매를 기다렸습니다. 하지만 접속자가 몰릴 것이 충분히 예상되는 상황임에도 불구하고, 서버 마비로 인해 예매 화면 진입조차 불가능한 상황은 매우 실망스럽습니다.
유료 멤버십을 운영하고 있다면 그에 걸맞은 안정적인 예매 환경이 우선적으로 보장되어야 한다고 생각합니다. 자체 플랫폼 운영이 이 정도로 불안정하다면, 팬들이 더 이상 스트레스를 받지 않도록 차라리 NOL티켓과 같은 전문 예매처를 통해 원활하게 예매를 진행할 수 있도록 시스템을 일원화해 주시길 강력히 건의합니다.
팬들의 열정을 무색하게 만드는 반복적인 서버 문제는 반드시 개선되어야 할 부분입니다.

서버 터져서 안들어가지는데 이럴거면 앱 왜 만드신건가요? 그냥 티켓링크에 맡기시지 20만원 주고 랜디 가입한 타팀팬인데 여태 공지 하나 없이 뭐하자는건지 감도 안잡히네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 이럴거면 그냥 랜디 환불해주세요 개막전에서도 그렇게 난리났었는데 다음날도 똑같으면 어쩌자는거죠? 심지어 시범경기 할때도 말 많이 나오셨는데 아직도 똑같네요? 관리 안하세요? 안하실거면 앱 왜 만든다고 나서세요? 기분 너무 나쁘네요 진짜

저번에도 멤버십 가입할때 겨우겨우 가입해서 그다음에 서버 터졌는데 개막전 티켓팅 할때도 11시에 티켓팅한다면서 10시 59분 56초에 예매 버튼 활성화 이거 맞냐? 그리고 겨우겨우 들어가서 취소표 잡았더니 결제가 안됀다ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
티켓팅 시스템 왜 바꿨냐 전 서버가 훨 나았다. 502인가 504인가 그 에러만 몇번을 보는건지. 서버 늘리라고; 
ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 지금 또 취소표 잡았는데 또 결제 안돼네ㅋㅋㅋ 샤갈 서버 담당 싹다 자르고 딴 사람 데리고 와라 서버가 이따구면 앞으로 어케하게
