SSGC Customer Connect is a service provider app which brings the real-time data at your fingertips. Want to view your past records? Need to file a complaint? Want your billing information? Billing Information: No need to worry if you have misplaced your gas bill or drop it somewhere you can’t remember. Billing Information feature allows the customer to view the current month bill details including total amount due and due date. You can also access the bill information of the previous months.

Complaint Management: Unsatisfied with the services have an issue with the bill or any other matter of concern. File a complaint by entering the required information and your message and submit on the app. Not only this, but you can also share the services feedback with them.

Pin the Pain: One of the best features of SSGC Customer Connect which cater to your emergency requirement on time. If in case you find a fraudulent activity or a gas leakage at your home or in your surrounding you can straight away report it on the app.

Application is not stable as it crash again and again. There are very limited feature. As on Official website as they claim that customer can change the name of bill / ownership. Unfortunately it is not available in application neither on website. No login is available on website for customer login. SSGC should resolve these issue while we are living in era of Digital solution to avoid traditional manual systems.
