I can only see the top half of the numbers in statistics and logged dive numbers need two lines in the log book. Maybe this was made for an iPad, but I suspect most users are on a phone. Aber man gewöhnt sich daran bestimmt. Einen Bug entdeckt: beim Aufrufen des Instructormanuals im jeweiligen Programm bleibt der „Pro-Button" ausgegraut. Man erkennt dadurch nicht, in welchem Modus man sich befindet, außer natürlich am Programminhalt. It had one of the cleanest looks. Super easy to navigate and use. Now “AI forward”. Ai thrown at you front and center instead of what I’m there to see… my dives. They even managed to take the dive map that worked amazingly well and completely ruin it with their bizarre grouping bugs. Is it too late for SSI to get a refund for their redesign and revert back to their old app? ### 1/5 — Bluetooth? *2026-06-13, version 4.1.272* Since the last update I can't connect to my Sirius via bluetooth. ### 1/5 — Eternal login issues *2026-03-28* As a 30 of year IT professional I hate bad IT. Try to log in. Incorrect credentials. Reset password, well at least the email address is correct so I get the reset email and reset my password. Easy. Try to log in, incorrect credentials. Ok, repeat the process. Incorrect credentials. Ok, this time I’ll use the log in via Facebook (I’d used the same password. Yeah, I know, naughty). This time I get ‘you’ve used and old password!!!) Sincerely, Peter, App Support Team (app_support@divessi.com) ### 1/5 — Logged dives can disappear *2026-03-12, version 4.1.268* Not sure how this app works for courses but it’s fairly useless as a log because your dive records can vanish into the ether at any moment. Around 20+ dives recorded through this app (and verified using a QR code at an SSI dive centre) have disappeared from my log. I volunteered at a dive centre for 5 months and the site I visited most frequently during that time is nowhere to be seen in my records. I’m assuming this is because the dive site was deleted, merged or renamed on the app and my logs were lost in the process. The customer service team advised it was due to my internet connection when logging, but I personally can’t see how a visit to that specific dive site could affect the WiFi of the dive centre when every other site seems to have been logged without issue. Particularly considering the dives were done several years ago and remained on the app for some time before vanishing. ### 1/5 — OVERHAUL 👎👎👎 *2026-02-11, version 4.1.268* The online learning system of your course is in need of a complete overhaul. The current format feels outdated, overly long, and filled with a significant amount of unnecessary content that does not add real value to the learning experience. This structure leads to boredom and demotivation among students, which ultimately affects the quality of learning. The excessive amount of text and the lack of dynamic elements make it harder to retain information and negatively impact the overall course experience.
