Though the password should last for 90 days- according their rule- it asked me change password three times in five days. When I sold some shares I got a statement that showed net amount for all shares. It did not show how much was commission, tax, etc. I worked with a guy and he has no clue about anything. He kept saying it should be available. I wanted to sell Lakshmi Mills shares since November 17. It kept saying eDIS is not working. I could not sell until Thursday, November 24. Then I asked to speak to a manager and told him about that. He promised to sell on Friday. Finally, I was able to sell with their help at 3:55 pm on Friday. Overall, this app is worthless. Companies like this should not be allowed to be a stock broker. Had a very bad experience. Fund Transfer option.dont’t work inside the App 3. Phone option on the app don’t connect to the helpline . Not sure if this is an issue at phone end or app configured an incorrect phone number 4. Available balance details are not refreshed in a timely manner .
