After many calls and attempts to reach out - Still Nothing - Not Again !!! ### 2/5 — Do not shop this boutique or this app *2022-02-26, version 2.15.0* I literally never do this, but I just have to tell you all that I have never been more frustrated by an online shopping experience before. Every experience I have had with your store has been unpleasant. Your sizing is very off. Everytime the description for an item is "TTS" I have ordered my normal size of Large. I am literally a size Large on just about every online retail store I shop at. But everytime I go with my TTS size, the items have been HUGE. I finally stopped believing your TTS descriptions and ordered one size smaller on a couple dresses I purchased in the fall and when they came, they did actually fit. However, the first time I washed them, following the directions included on the tag, they shrank in length at least 3 good inches. So now I can't wear them for fear of showing off my butt. Your return policy of only offering store credit is beyond frustrating, particularly when you have such a short 14 day return window. I am now stuck with credit to your store for returned items and I don't even want to purchase ANYTHING else from your store since it either likely won't fit or the quality will be poor and it may shrink. But in an effort to at least get SOMETHING for my money, I did purchase another shirt from you through your app. Only to find that I can't even use your store credit gift card on your app. How does that make sense?! How can someone not use YOUR store credit gift card on YOUR OWN APP? Not knowing at the time that that was the policy, I purchased the shirt anyway on the app as there were only a couple left and I couldn't find it on your website to purchase there. I thought maybe it had been a glitch with the gift card so I emailed you all immediately to say I was trying to use my credit to purchase the top and could someone please help me apply the credit to that purchase. And the only response I got from you all was that "gift cards don't work on the app." I went back to the email I received about the gift card credit and NO WHERE does it say they can't be used on the app. In fact I couldn't find that mentioned anywhere! Your customer service is just completely lacking. I can't understand why you all wouldn't want to try to help me make that right. And then I come to find out that said shirt hasn't even shipped out and it has been 10 days since I purchased it, "because you're only printing shipping labels once a week"?!?! And don't even get me started on the 15% return restocking policy. I promise you that this will be the LAST purchase I ever make from your store, even though I still have like an $80 credit with you. It is not worth the frustration. I am an avid online shopper and shop from both large and smaller retailers quite often. I have NEVER experienced anything like this with any other online retailer before. Customer Service and quality clothing is clearly NOT the name of your store's game. I purchase a lot of clothing online for myself and my daughters and this is most definitely the longest ship times. Sometimes 10-12 days to ship. I can customize a trunk full of clothing from Nordstrom and have it shipped in less than half the time and send back what I don’t want. Usually for the same price.
