Will not load the e-edition. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but no luck. Can’t get help anywhere. ### 1/5 — Almost unusable *2020-09-05, version 3.0.3* This app has always been problematic, particularly freezing at startup, and erratic screen displays. Recently it’s started freezing every couple of page turns. These require closing and restarting the app. I think it’s important to have a local newspaper available, but the app needs to work or it’s useless! They have laid off so many to pay for the exorbitant 12% interest on the merger that they can’t even update the names of people still working there, as down on their website and at ContactUs or help pages. Also, they list so many multiple different prices for their subscriptions that I don’t know if I am being ripped off or not. Won’t renew unless this improves soon!!!! Would have given zero stars if that were an option. ### 1/5 — Please fix your app *2019-05-10, version 3.0.3* I want this paper to succeed, but I have to agree with the last poor review exactly. The e-edition is poor quality. You have to sign in every time. It does not remember you when you press the box to remember your sign-in info. Then it won’t open the first time and you have to close the app and reopen it. I go through this every time. I called and had to leave messages about this, and no one ever returned my call. So disappointing. I am not sure how long I can keep my subscription with these aggravations. Also the app spits you out and closes sometimes. I hope they get this fixed because I love Saint Augustine and want this newspaper to succeed and thrive. ### 1/5 — Can’t even login *2019-01-29, version 3.0.3* New account. Won’t let me login. Can’t deliver a simple paper on time and now come up with a tearable app that only works part of the time. After logging in, the screen freezes and you have to close the app and open it again to use a very balky app. I feel sorry the Record for paying for such a poor product.
