Was looking for free offline maps. The app is useless if you don't buy the maps.

I have downloaded several travel guides.  When I try to download the maps, etc, all I get is "Retrieving information..."  with an image of a pulsing unlock button.
Total garbage if it doesn't work.  ios 9.3.2 on iPhone
