### 1/5 — Inaccurate Availability

*2023-04-04, version 12.10.003*

Horrible app. Showed there was an APRN available. Waited in his waiting room as the next patient for one hour. Finally called the office and they said that APRN isn’t even scheduled to come in until later today. Switched me to another APRN who they said was ready immediately. Took 30 more minutes to connect with him. 30 seconds into the appointment he said we need to come into the office anyway. Complete waste of time with inaccurate staff availability.

### 1/5 — Virtual appointment

*2023-03-28, version 12.10.003*

This is the first time I tried to use the app. I waited 2 1/2 hours to meet a APRN that claimed to be available online. That’s ridiculous. I could have been seen faster by walking into a busy office if I felt well enough to drive myself. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. It has been a waste of my time. Very disappointed.

### 4/5 — Really enjoyed this app absolutely no problems for knucklehead like me is good

*2021-08-13, version 12.10.003*

Thanks

### 2/5 — Not helpful

*2020-11-06, version 12.0.626*

Perhaps visiting with an APRN was a mistake, but I got absolutely no help other than advice to go visit one of their clinics. No sense that the provider had even reviewed my information. I have an apparent ear infection but was asked not more than 5 questions. Very disappointed.

### 5/5 — Great service

*2020-11-05, version 12.0.626*

I work night shift and this is such an easy way for me to be able to talk to the doctor and get a prescription filled without all the headache of driving into town when I’m so tired

### 4/5 — Conferring w/ a Dr. from home is 100

*2020-05-08, version 12.0.626*

Medical professional are going to need to diagnose UTI's, along with other bacterial or viral infections. Over-prescribing antibiotics is more dangerous than ppl realize. As a former EMT & Medic inARNG, prescribing unnecessary antibiotics leads to a persons body NOT responding successfully to antibiotics. Also, when antibiotics R given it is a MUST that we finish the prescribed anti-b. Why? If u feel better, feel no signs of infection, a stop anti-b's, if the infection was suppressed but not gone, it will come back. At times more virulent & the anti-b you were prescribed (possibly the #1 for your infection) will NO. LONGER. WORK. A different anti-b has to be started ASAP. Med staff needs to KNOW exactly what infection you have b4 they treat it. Not making sure of that is not correct trtment!

### 5/5 — Dr. Clinton Edwards

*2020-03-31, version 11.5.700*

Fabulous doctor. Met him virtually. But enjoyed the visit.

### 5/5 — Easy to use and

*2020-03-29, version 11.5.700*

Very easy to use

### 2/5 — Cannot help with Urinary Tract Infection

*2020-03-27, version 11.5.700*

Even though the app description says they can help with a Urinary Tract Infection, this is false. I paid $49 for someone to tell me to come into the office for a urine sample. I am totally aware that that is how doctors usually diagnose a UTI, so I did not need to pay an extra $49 for someone to tell me that. With the current COVID-19 crisis, I do not feel comfortable going into a doctor’s office right now, so I guess I will just have to suffer through the UTI and pray that I can get it to clear up on its own. I have had many UTI’s, so I know exactly what is going on with my body. To make a long story short, do not rely on St. Bernards GO to help with a UTI. Just skip it and go straight to the office if you want to risk it right now.
