Bill pay is horrible on both fronts as you have to schedule bills to be paid over a week ahead of time for some payees; the app and website do not line up in this way as you have more options on web version but app functions totally different. The old seaport system was more user friendly it seemed to work better and had more options. The current system frequently sends my bills too early and has incurred me overdrafts which were taken care of after calling, but still should not happen. St jeans is the oldest credit union in MA you shouldn't be using systems that are representative of that, the bank should be more mature in this manner. ### 2/5 — Account Access *2024-11-22, version 2024.4.0.10* Would like to have full access to all accounts including mortgage.
