Won’t accept any credit cards via the app or the website login. Completely useless online ordering system. We always order somewhere else. FIX THE APP!!!! It’s been years and still won’t recognize any credit card data.

It took 15 minutes to place my order. You need to link the app with Apple Pay or something. Adding a credit card manually is archaic. It sucks. The app sucks. It needs upgrade.

The app won’t accept any card for pickup and there is no option to pay at the store. When I went to give feedback I got a 504 error. Clearly this is a dead, unmaintained app.

“Nearby” restaurants always shows as if I an in Nova Scotia. It’s so awful it has prevented me ordering St Louis on multiple occasions. Picking a restaurant location shouldn’t be a chore.

Credit cards never able to be entered. Always reject. So can’t use delivery services.

When ordering 2lb chicken wings should be able to split the sides…say 1 French fries and 2 onion rings.  Instead I had to order two 1lb wings in order to get the different sides, which cost more then 1 order of 2lbs.

However,  food is delicious!
