I am a subscriber via the App Store.  I recently purchased a new iPad and the content will not load. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app to no avail. I can’t even send an email to support. Don’t worry about fixing. I cancelled and asked for a refund. Horrible app.

I've been using this app for years and frequently have issues with my subscription. I cancelled my subscription until the app is fixed. There have been a couple updates since, yet the app still has issues.

Why advertise something as free when there is not one thing free? I would expect at the very least an old edition which could be downloaded to try out the magazine, but no, all you are confronted with is the option to pay 4.99 on everything. Come on guys, you can do better than that..
