I work construction and rely on the radar. It’s not accurate with the timing and repeats the same pattern no matter what time it is. There are tornadoes in the area today and every time I open the app and click on the radar, the app crashes. Where did the search capability go? Where did the categories go? This app is now terrible. If you are looking for something the only option is to keep scrolling to possibly find it. Who will be next MBush, Cubbie Connel,etc. This is just sad they are letting go of all the people who defined the network and not giving contracts to those who are quality reporters. Unfortunately, it has changed and not for the better. Their morning broadcast used to feel so warm and I got all of the info I needed for my day. Now, Anthony Slaughter and Sydney Stallworth are gone, the weather report is a disjointed mess, and everything seems to be about the show that comes on the app after most people are leaving for work (like myself) instead of the news broadcast. I love René Knott, Paul Cook and Michelle Li…but this inefficient broadcast format doesn’t work for me and I think it’s time to shop for a new local network. ### 1/5 — Protest channel 5! *2025-04-29, version 46.5.3* I'm disappointed in your station's decision to let Anthony Slaughter go. He was an exceptional meteorologist, excellent at explaining the weather, and one of the best on television, alongside Dave Murray from channel 2.
