### 2/5 — St.Lukes update

*2026-08-10, version 11.7.2*

It was easier use it and navigate to before update.

### 5/5 — Thank you

*2026-06-30, version 11.7.2*

The doctors in the hospital are awesome…

### 3/5 — Pass code contact

*2026-06-24, version 11.7.2*

The previous method of texting the access code worked very well. The current method of email only sucks outright. What happened?

### 5/5 — CAT Calcium

*2026-06-20, version 11.7.2*

It is taking way too long for the test results to be posted in my chart.

### 5/5 — Star Wellness St Lukes practice.

*2026-06-12, version 11.7.2*

I wanted to write a review about St Lukes Star Wellness. Even though I never do reviews I feel it’s important to write this one as I have had such a positive experience with this office caring for my medical needs and wellness. I can’t say enough nice things about Dr Humphrey and how knowledgeable she is along with her wonderful bed side manner. I trust her with my life and she’s always spot on with her diagnosis. She’s just wonderful all around. The staff is wonderful as well!!! If there were 10 stars for this practice I’d give them 100 stars!!!!

### 4/5 — Will not consent

*2026-06-12, version 11.7.2*

I do not like an audio recording of my visits. A privacy violation

### 5/5 — Great Team

*2026-05-31, version 11.7.2*

I move from NJ to PA six months ago. The staff at St. Luke’s is the best. They have been so attentive and supportive. Making appointment is so easy. And everyone is so polite. Thank you all.

### 4/5 — App Works Great

*2026-05-25, version 11.7.2*

Very easy to use for review of medical records and appointments Useful for finding specialist and scheduling. My one criticism is that “trust this device “ seems meaningless. You have to respond to a text each time you use the app.

### 5/5 — Outstanding app. Makes everything easy.

*2026-05-21, version 11.7.2*

St. Luke’s app is an awesome and effortless way to manage my healthcare. It is timely, effective and all my correspondence and data is in my hand. 5 stars from me.

### 5/5 — Convenient

*2026-05-15, version 11.7.2*

This app is an excellent resource to go with St Luke’s first class healthcare, the amount of paperwork it saves could fill a forest.

### 3/5 — Orthopedic care

*2026-05-10, version 11.6.4*

I’m seeing a few Dr’s in orthopedics for my lower back, thumb joints both hands and now my left knee. My Dr for my back does a great job in helping me manage pain A++. My Dr for my thumbs also does a good job in managing my pain but I’m rescheduled too much for treatment which is very inconvenient when you work in a different state. My Dr for my thumb joints are in PA Lehigh Valley and I work mostly in NJ so I need early appointments 7-730am or after 330pm. Having no choice but to reschedule while you’re in pain sucks and on top of it you do not get next day treatment or even the same week when rescheduled. I just started seeing a new Dr for my knee and so far I’m still in pain while I walk after receiving a shot over 10 days ago. I was told I would have immediate relief due to the numbing meds in the shot and that wasn’t true for me, I limped on the way out. I was also told 5 days for it to really kick in and 2 weeks for full benefit. I’m 4 days shy of the full 2 weeks but it’s not looking promising. Actually I believe it’s consistently worse than before the shot despite following the Dr’s instructions for self care afterwards. I did this before vacation thinking I was doing myself a favor but it’s been disappointing as the pain seems worse? I had X-rays and a full examination and was told my knee’s looks petty good from the X-ray so why so much pain? We talked about meniscus injury’s and how the shot is one of the more common treatments for pain even after an MRI depending on how bad the injury is. I have been dealing with knee
Pain on and off for about a year with no known injury just pain slowly getting worse. So I finally made an appointment when pain was more consistent. I just started with the knee, the cortisone shot, not gel, recommended by the Dr clearly is not the answer for pain management for me as it did nothing to help. I was told they don’t do gel shot as they don’t work according to the Dr and the orthopedic association according to him. I found documentation that supports that to a point but does mention people do get a benefit from gel shots up to 6 months when not bone on bone like my situation. I also know many people who swear by gel shots so I’m skeptical about what I was told after I reading documentation from the orthopedic association and talking with folks that use the treatment consistently. I did get a bill from St Luke’s, there was no delay in that. Unfortunately the only guarantee is the bill.

### 5/5 — 2026

*2026-05-08, version 11.6.4*

The service was excellent , everyone was professional, knowledgeable and so friendly.
It was a great experience and I will definitely recommend St. Luke’s Urgent Care to anyone .
Keep up the great job

### 5/5 — Logging in

*2026-05-01, version 11.6.4*

Love the app but the security measures for logging in is overkill. Password should be enough. The verification process is tedious

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — NO PUEDO VER MIS MENSAJES NI ENVIAR MENSAJES

*2026-08-29, version 11.7.2*

Llevo semanas intentando ver mis mensajes y no puedo verlos porque aparece un mensaje diciendo que HUBO UN ERROR EN EL SERVIDOR QUE INTENTE MÁS TARDE. intento más tarde y aún así no me deja 😡

### 1/5 — Way too many clicks

*2026-08-22, version 11.7.2*

Perfect example of technology making things worse.

### 1/5 — Billing

*2026-06-17, version 11.7.2*

Billing is horrible. No options for people that don’t live close to them. Went to Labcorp one year and they paid most of it, went back this year and they won’t pay anything. More interested in taking my money than taking care of me

### 1/5 — Can’t use without newest IOS

*2026-06-16, version 11.3.3*

Can’t use my own hospital’s app to access my medical records because they no longer support older IOS versions…how is this ok? Older iPhones aren’t even given the option to download these iOS updates

### 1/5 — They spam you

*2026-05-21, version 11.7.2*

I had to sign up for this to get my legitimate messages and medical information and now I get spam messages disguised as official messages. It’s very annoying to think you got an official message from a medical facility only to find out it’s just some spam message.

### 1/5 — Horrible customer service

*2026-05-06, version 11.6.4*

3 weeks ago I dropped off an important document that needed to be filled out right away for my employer a week goes by I called and emailed couldn’t get a straight answer… 2 more weeks go by I call again to find out they lost the paperwork now I’m getting in trouble with my employer… you’re just a number to these people I will be going to lvhn from now on

### 1/5 — App

*2026-03-19, version 11.6.4*

App sucks can’t add family like my sons chart. Been trying for awhile now

### 1/5 — Some annoying flaws

*2026-02-18, version 11.6.4*

Overall the access to the Epic medical record is decent. As is the ability to schedule most appointments. Recently tried to schedule physical therapy.
The app sent me to the website, which sent me to the app. Had to use the phone, which means the app thinks I haven’t scheduled it yet. Also, the app considers hyphenated first or last name ‘invalid’. So sorry you don’t approve of the name my parents gave me. Log in continues to require 2 factor even though I have selected to trust my device, and to ask if I would like to enable face recognition even though I am already using it.

### 1/5 — Non responsive to my needs

*2026-01-15, version 11.5.2*

The lack of sympathy and compassion I felt I was just a number

### 1/5 — Horrible customer service

*2025-12-01, version 11.5.2*

I have been trying to get help with viewing my medical records. It has been the biggest challenge in receiving help with why they are not showing in the portal. They just keep shifting it to someone else who says they cannot help.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — User Friendly and Helpful App

*2026-08-10, version 11.7.2*

I’m very happy with the St. Luke’s App. It is easy to use and very informative. It’s so helpful knowing that I can access my medical history any time I want to. It is really convenient not to have to keep track of a bunch of paper copies of test results and After Visit Summaries.

### 5/5 — Best care ever

*2026-08-03, version 11.7.2*

My experience at St. Luke’s Breast Center was very positive! Of note, (especially Lauren), Alexis and Dr. Trivedi kept me well informed and were with me every step of the way. I had no fears just a little anxiety.

### 5/5 — Quick & easy feedback

*2026-07-30, version 11.7.2*

I really like using St. Luke’s patient portal. It’s great for requesting medication refills, asking or replying to non-emergency questions and following up on pre-surgery “to do” items.

### 5/5 — App

It’s great easy to use. You can learn a lot. And keep track of appointments
