Won’t open unless I uninstall and reinstall. Then opens once. Next time I sign in, doesn’t open. ### 1/5 — Always Down *2026-07-19* This App Never opens! I checked to see if it was an update problem but nope. I constantly have to close out save re-open it to get it to work. It doesn’t remember username or faceID after months of it working… it also requires a code to transfer money from savings to checking- I’ll get it in my email but have no idea where I’m supposed to input said code. Over complicated and never runs smoothly. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-07-17* Won’t let me load past the starting screen, uninstalled and turned WiFi off etc, still stuck on a blue screen or saying please wait while we process your request. Which it just sits on that screen ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever *2026-07-17* The app stopped working after several years. I have to delete and reinstall the app at least 2X per day to get it to work. None of the other apps on my device react like this. Its as if as a customer I am the one to calm her down. Gez! Thinking to switch bank and refinance my car loan coz of her.🙄 ### 5/5 — Checks all the boxes *2021-08-08* This app works well and checks the boxes that had been keeping me with one of the major banks, mainly FaceID and deposits through the app. Now that I see these are available we will be moving more money into our SPFCU accounts. I saw a review about not being able to get FaceID to work. This is definitely a miss on the developer’s UX testing. You have to scroll through the text in order to be able to check the box. This is a somewhat standard practice to make sure people read all the disclaimer info, but there is no indication to the user that the text scrolls. Dev: add an indicator for scrolling through the text, a down arrow at the bottom of the frame would do. ### 1/5 — Same features as mobile site *2020-09-03, version 40.3.5* It’s a glorified web app. ### 1/5 — FaceID doesn’t work! *2019-10-04* When setting up FaceID on an iPhone, the last step where you need to agree to the terms of usage doesn’t work, so it’s impossible to finish registering your phone! The page has a “I agree” checkbox, but it’s not clickable! Continue button doesn’t work without this checkbox selected.
