Shoot from the same angle every day. That alone makes change visible.

Changes in your face, skin, and hair are hardest to notice in the mirror you look at daily.
Staaacked overlays your previous shot on the camera as a translucent ghost.
Just line yourself up with the guide, and you get a photo at the same angle and the same size as yesterday.
