## What is STAART?

FastSTAART (Stockton Takes Action Against Retail Theft) Community-Powered Tool Against Retail Theft, is a free incident reporting app.  This app allows the community to anonymously report, and submit evidence (photos and/or videos), to protect local businesses and create a safer shopping environment.

Key Features Include:
-Quick & Anonymous Reporting: Submit photos and videos of suspicious activity in less than a minute
-GPS Integration: Accurately pinpoint locations of reported incidents
-Direct Merchant Alerts: Send tips directly to affected businesses
-User-Friendly Interface: Intuitive design for all ages and tech levels

How It Works:
-Witness suspicious activity
-Take a photo or video
-Open the app to upload evidence
-Add any additional details like suspect or vehicle descriptions
-Submit your tip anonymously
