Auto log out is bullshht. App design is hard to figure out how to use for simple things. Airplay does work but is tucked away separately in a corner. It’s a little wonky in the fact that the website doesn’t allow you to cast to Chromecast, but the app does. Off to a great start, though can’t wait for more improvements. Terrible login experience it offers to send you a link and then take you to a Web app that does not correlate to logging in to the Apple Store app yet that’s where it sent us to login. Then, if you finally figure out how to login it will log you out randomly. Also, no video download support for watching on airplanes which is pretty important for surfers. I would think? Also adds everywhere consuming the bottom 1/3 of the experience again it’s a paid subscription, so not sure why ads have to inundate the experience. I don’t mind some tasteful ads here and there if absolutely necessary, but it’s like logging into TMZ. If you’re not gonna really support the app, just keep it all to the browser experience and don’t waste our time. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2026-06-01, version 7.0* The login experience is broken. You get stuck in a loop that asks you to verify a code and thus have to get the code but when you come back the screen recycles to the original screen to provide your email. If you take the sign in path link in the email they send it takes you to a blog page not the actual site. Searching for content is next to impossible and it constantly logs you out. Stream quality is great, except the video playback freezes and audio keeps going (also happens in the Apple TV app). Logs me out way too often. The menu navigation is super clunky. And there are other bugs that pop up periodically.
