The app was updated a few months ago and when that went through, my Instagram started being associated with a different creator’s account. So anytime I submit a post link, it scans this other creator’s profile for my post and cannot find it. So then I have to manually upload the link. It gets approved and then a week later support contacts me saying they can’t find my post. So I have to resend my link then to MY profile because there’s some glitch in the system and whenever I try explaining this with screenshots and this same information and even the same handle for the same creator it keeps trying to pull information in on……it’s just we need the link to your post, because whatever AI is being used hasn’t been trained on how to troubleshoot this. I’ve sent emails and even DM’d the insta account. Nothing. I’m sad because I’ve been doing campaigns with stack influence for years and this has just made it very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Poor service *2026-07-30* On my first campaign the item I chose had ingredients in it that I cannot use that were not disclosed in the listing. Stack attempted to help me remove myself from the campaign but did not mark it correctly and ignored my follow up emails and screenshots showing that the app still thought I was in that campaign even if it was not active and would not allow me to join new ones. I asked for my emails to be taken to a supervisor and I feel like I’m emailing an auto response. Very disappointing that they cannot give me an answer other than a cooker cutter one on repeat that does not understand my issue. ### 1/5 — No support *2026-07-07, version 2.2.0* I also was banned with no explanation. Very unprofessional if they are trying to be a legit business. Also, there is no way to delete your account. ### 1/5 — Worse app ever *2026-06-19, version 2.2.0* At first they will pay you upfront but on next collab you have to buy it first with your own money but it’s fine they’re good but after few try their payment is sucks !! They will make you wait forever just to get the payment and the costumer service never help anything really worse app ### 1/5 — False advertising *2026-06-11, version 2.2.0* The add on instagram said you only need 100 followers I tried to sign up it said I need 200 on instagram that’s ok because I have over 3k on TikTok and over 2k on each facebook and over 300 of YouTube ### 1/5 — Very misleading *2026-06-03, version 2.2.0* When you first sign up, they pay for the product review upfront. I went through the process, made the content and it was approved. Now when I go in the app to start with a new product and now they want me to pay out of pocket and then they reimburse me after I make the content. After seeing reviews of people who don’t get their money back I’m very dubious about continuing. They just want free promo and apparently customer service is just bots so it’s no guarantee I’ll get reimbursed. If they paid upfront it would be different. ### 1/5 — Beware *2026-05-16* I’m extremely disappointed with how Stacked Influence handled my account. I participated in a campaign and, yes, one post was accidentally published with AI-generated content. The moment it was flagged, I corrected the issue and replaced it with authentic content that met their guidelines. I even received confirmation from their support team that everything was resolved and that it was “an absolute pleasure” working with me. Shortly after that, my account access was revoked without warning. This is where the problem lies: the complete lack of consistency and transparency. If the issue was truly resolved—as their own team confirmed—why was my account still disconnected? There was no follow-up explanation, no opportunity to address concerns, and no accountability on their end. For a platform that claims to value authenticity and relationships, this experience felt the opposite. It sends a clear message that creators can comply, fix issues promptly, and still be penalized without justification. As someone who takes brand partnerships seriously, I expect clear communication and fair treatment. Right now, Stacked Influence falls short on both. I would strongly caution other creators to be aware that even when you follow instructions and resolve issues, your account may still be at risk with no explanation. ### 1/5 — Cuenta *2026-05-03, version 2.2.0* Mi cuenta está bloqueada por una campaña del 2025 y no comunico con soporte por ningún medio ### 1/5 — They are a joke *2026-04-19, version 1.15* Incompetent customer service.
