If you send assets to it, don’t expect to see them again. Transfer function is basically non existent. Involved a dozen steps to get assets off. ‘Customer support’ sends you to chat- which never gets answered. I’m one week in with no response. I was having a problem withdrawing funds from Lootbase I tried everything to get it off, including getting instructions from AI nothing worked then I thought I’d try contacting customer service again and the actual owner of the company walked me through the process of withdrawing. And stayed on the phone with me until the process was complete something like this would never happen on Coinbase. The owner is actually customer service. His number is customer service crazy! I don’t care what anybody says crypto is for the people.
