I am team manager for a team and everytime I try to upload a photo it kicks me out of the app or doesn’t even show the photos in my library to select, or mid trying to upload it will close the app down. I have tried resetting the app but lately that doesn’t work it just keeps freezing or booting me from the app. An update is required asap. ### 2/5 — App displays scammy ads *2026-06-16, version 9.0.1* This app must use the dregs of advertising services, because I was just served an “ad” in the form of a scammy screenshot of an iOS Home Screen with a “Your device has been infected” alert. Horrific. The way these apps treat their captive users who are required to use it by some organization is disgusting. ### 2/5 — Works, but some issues. *2026-06-15, version 9.0.1* Seems to work, for the most part. But creating events has issues. The pictures don’t load properly, and just gives white squares. Trying to cancel out of the event prompts you with “Discard or cancel” and discard doesn’t quit out of the event. The submit event often doesn’t work and close the event. Although every time you try and submit, it does actually create the event, just doesn’t close it, and you can’t cancel out of it. The only option is to force quit the app. ### 2/5 — Hate the adds *2026-05-25, version 9.0.1* Nothing like a loud 30 second add when you’re trying to check a schedule. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-05-17, version 9.0.0* Between the ads that interrupt the UI, and the instability, there are several other kids sports apps that are far superior. GameChanger is a far better experience. If you’re an administrator or a coach, you get notifications for everything that everybody does. They should separate the notifications for sign ups and events. There is no button to press ### 2/5 — Chill on the red dots! *2026-05-11, version 9.0.0* This app drives me crazy with the constant “notifications”. I can’t ever get rid of the red dots and often it’ll flag a message from weeks or months ago that’s not been updated at all. This leads to ignoring and missing actual updates. Please get the app to chill on the red dots and truly just notify of NEW updates. Also, as a non-coach, I also don’t need to know every time someone opens a calendar entry and/or RSVPs. Please fix this and make it friendly to parents that already have to keep up with 800 other school/sports apps. ### 2/5 — Buggy Ad Filled but Works *2026-05-05, version 8.5.24* The app allows harmful ads that install spyware and data mining malware. The alerts for chat and news don’t clear unless you enter the app multiple times. Multiple features that result in a clumsy feel resulting in non-use. ### 1/5 — Hard to navigate and annoying adds: Incorrect Times *2026-05-02, version 8.5.24* I’m ready to pull my kids from youth soccer because of this App. Two seasons in a row, coming at wrong time because the app didn’t update times correctly or at all. Last season I followed the spreadsheet but the app event was right. Today I’m following the App event but the spreadsheet is right - albeit with the colors wrong. ### 2/5 — It has the potential to be good, but…. *2026-04-22, version 8.5.24* We are forced to use this app by our club. It has the potential be good but is ruined by all the ads and glitches. As many other people have said the Notifications are a pain. You don’t get told what the notification is and when prompted don’t get take to the notification. Rather have to scroll through calendars and chats to try and find updates. When there is a reminder for a training or game etc it is not clear. Surely you have the technology to distinguish between a reminder and a new event or chat. When you go into the notification there are still reminders showing and you need to go through multiple screens to try and clear them. The ads are also a pain. I realise that is how you get paid but surely they don’t need to be full screen. They are so annoying that I definitely won’t buy anything that is being advertised as a matter of principle. Finally, you should be able to delete chats and messages after you are removed from chats or groups. I have chats from four years ago that I can’t delete. Basic settings from other apps are not included. ### 1/5 — Ads Make App unusable without closing *2026-04-19, version 8.5.24* Annoying our club uses this app, understand it needs advertising to raise money but tha Ads have no way to be closed without closing the actual app and going back into what you were doing. ### 1/5 — Hate it *2026-03-31, version 8.5.23* Forced to use this app with my son’s school sport, otherwise I wouldn’t use it at all. The app crashes regularly which is frustrating, and the amount of ads is ridiculous. My only criticism is the frequency of red notification dots appearing when their is nothing new to be seen. The navigation is so confusing and there’s way too much irrelevant info. The option to add the game schedule to my calendar was hard to find. Why do people keep using terrible stuff? ### 1/5 — Shocking Monetisation, Worse App *2026-07-26, version 9.1.1* This app was forced onto myself and the parents of our sports club as the preferred method of communication. I have no idea why as it is one of the worst apps i’ve ever experienced for communicating. It basically does what all other group chat applications already do, but slower, clunkier and uglier. On top of that, they expect you to sit through adds just to find out important information about your teams organisation OR pay a *subscription*. I can’t even fathom who made that decision. Outside of it being greedy, it’s mostly unethical to paywall critical information regarding minors and required by parents, coaches and team mates. I rarely want to throw shade at developers and understand the requirements involved for maintaining digital services, but this isn’t it. Most of these issues are solved problems. ### 1/5 — Kalshi Ads for Kids?!? *2026-07-17, version 9.0.1* Terrible decision; app was working okay for our mtb team purposes, but the ads just ruined it. ### 1/5 — Notifications don’t clear *2026-07-09, version 9.0.1* Every time I get a message I have to read it under both Chats and under my ‘teams’ chat so it’s twice as much work just to get the notification to go away. Waste of my time. ### 1/5 — Disappointing experience - Registration Issues and Intrusive Ads *2026-07-08, version 9.0.1* There are several frustrating issues that really need addressing. The most disappointing experience was when my son’s disability football session was cancelled because the club believed nobody had registered. I had already confirmed his attendance well in advance, so either the app failed to record it correctly or there is a problem with how registrations are managed. This caused unnecessary disappointment for the children and confusion for parents. Another major issue is the pop-up adverts. They are incredibly intrusive and often can’t be closed properly, making it difficult to check bookings or navigate around the app. I frequently have to force close the app and reopen it just to continue using it. I’m also not a fan of having to pay an additional booking fee every time I register for a session. It all adds up, especially for families booking regular activities. The app needs to be more reliable, less cluttered with intrusive adverts, and more transparent with booking confirmations. It has many different options for access groups so you can send messages to only specific people, calendar syncs to personal calendars, can share photos, documents, and videos, you can even use it for payments. It is a highly effective communication tool. Those that are complaining of too many notifications really cannot place that on the developer. That is on the coach for not being selective on what should be sent, who needs to be notified and when it needs to be sent out. I recommend this to anyone looking for a form of communication with their teams while not giving out their personal cell phone. ### 5/5 — Solid App for Teams/Minor Prod Bug *2026-02-02, version 8.5.22* This app is great. Functionality is solid. No need to go outside the app for team management or communication. I think there is a minor prod bug with the survey module not recognizing the users timezone. Ex: If I’m in the central timezone and I confirmed that was the timezone selected in app, and my current time is 7:00 am and I create a survey to go live at 7:15 am through the survey module, the go-live or start time of the survey, once created and staged, say the publish time is 1:15 pm central. It was an easy fix on my side (back up the start time). ### 5/5 — Excellent app *2025-12-09, version 8.5.21* Adopted this app to provide a booking system for training sessions at our running club during Covid restrictions. Very easy to use both for admins and club members. We now use it for training, social runs, race entries, club shop, social events , as well as general comms via chat. Group texts worked well enough when the group size was under, say, ten. Unmanageable for greater numbers. Stack Team works perfectly. The Track Attendance feature puts each golfer in charge of their participation. Admins can also schedule a reminder.
