Forget trying the competition, pssss I’m talking about you Air****, this is the must use tool. With native API integrations for most mainstream services, Stackby solves the automation and reporting issues in addition to their main spreadsheet offering. ### 5/5 — All my data at my fingertips *2020-11-29, version 1.0.1* Stackby is a critical tool in my businesses. We use the desktop app primarily, but this phone app now means I can access any of my information within seconds, no matter where I am. I could login, but before I could use the app I was required to register. Fine. No problem. Except I repeatedly got an error. “Error in apple auth: internal server error!” ### 1/5 — Crashes every single time *2024-05-29, version 2.7.0* I don’t know why this happens but every time I try to use this it crashes for me. Both online on the web and on the app. I literally cannot get my account to work and I’m so frustrated ### 1/5 — no landscape on ipad? *2023-07-10, version 2.4.0* you gotta be kidding! pls tell me i’m just missing this option. could be a great app, but this is absurd & unacceptable… ### 1/5 — 🤷‍♂️ *2023-02-22, version 1.0.8* Looks like an interesting solution, but I was not about to sign up. Whether by Google, email, or Apple, kept getting an error on the ‘sign up’ screen. The ‘sign in’ screen didn’t work either—same error— “Error : undefined” Might try it again if the dev replies and to my review to let me know the error has been resolved. ### 3/5 — Buggy *2024-06-09, version 2.7.0* Forms retain first column field items when scrolling to the right. IOS 17.5.1 iPhone 13 Pro ### 4/5 — Incredible rip-off and steal of Airtable but these guys have SEO integrations *2022-02-07, version 1.0.6* Totally shameless rip-off of Airtable. Well, who wouldn't want to imitate Airtable, they are the best in this field. But I have to give Stackby credit, they managed to enlist 7-8 external automation tools and a number of SEO tools, which is why I found them. I don't think they have a chance to replace Airtable for me but it looks like I will use them alongside with my Airtable just to get the SEO queries. They give no automations with the free account and I wish they give at least a couple of rounds. The mobile version is also so much easier to navigate than other sheet style applications I’ve tried. The templates are really helpful to get you started quickly as well! ### 5/5 — Excellent for quick data entry *2022-04-11, version 1.0.6* There are many features that could be implemented. It would be cool to be able to sum columns and make charts and reports. Implementing a group by feature would be nice for making reports and charts. But I can get by for now with filters and sorts. I use it to manage my trading card collection and the rate at which I can enter and manipulate data is very fast. Not as fast as a simple google sheet or excel sheet, but those apps do not offer the benefits of a database like Stackby. I am giving it 5 stars because for my use it has not been matched by any other database/spreadsheet offering. Actually that is not quite true: I think Airtable is a better, more complete option. But Stackby’s pricing structure is so much more generous that I have chosen them over Airtable. And for this, Stackby, I am grateful. ### 5/5 — Google Sheets supercharged by APIs for endless possibilities *2021-01-21, version 1.0.1* If you spend your life in spreadsheets you need Stackby. With Stackby, You can streamline data in a clean responsive spreadsheet.
